This was a wonderful experience, the home was cozy, and the amenities were very good. On quiet road, with beautiful views of the lake. We just left and can't wait til next year to come back!!

We had a friend’s vacation and enjoyed a wonderful stay. The location was beautiful and our host, Mark, was very responsive. We definitely used the boat and golf cart was a godsend (for us older people). Trufant is a quant town with friendly residents. We hope to return next year!Thank you Mark

Fit 9 of us and 1 dog using queen air mattresses left by host. Everyone enjoyed using the golf cart for easy access to downtown. Large yard and nice screened in porch for playing games. When we had any concerns host was very quick with response and solutions. Nice to be able to have the kids fish right off the private dock.

Cute cottage on a lovely lake. Overall we had a good experience. It was great to have a boat and a golf cart and we made good use of them both. The host’s communication was fantastic. However, some things were worn down. The boat seats are falling apart. We were able to use it, but put sheets over them to avoid sitting on the seat frames and the stuffing. Household items (pans, kitchenware, table chairs, bedding) have been well used and could be updated. Beds were comfy and plenty of blankets. The yard is large and the kids had fun playing and running around. The lake bottom is sandy but kind of murky and there is no beach (which generally is only a bummer if you have kids who like to do sand toys). The dock is in need of repairs as the part farthest out is sinking into the lake, but it is usable. The bathroom is nice and spacious. It is listed as a 4 bedroom, but is only a 3 bedroom however as the listing said, there are air mattresses available. We used one and it worked well for us. It felt a bit crowded for us with 8 of us staying there. The back deck is delightful and the screened in porch was great for meals. Washer, dryer and dishwasher worked well. It was nice to have a second fridge. WiFi was great and I worked from there.

Great lakefront getaway for the whole family and your pets included! Absolutely amazing property owner. Fantastic communication and courtesy beyond expectations. Very kind and attentive the entire trip. Cold central A/C and fans over comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the lake with a screened in porch area accompanied by a wrap around deck. Use of the provided pontoon boat and golf cart was a must have! A lot of extra yard games and activities for the family. Nice grill outside. Nice garage space if necessary and a shed. Gas for boat was kindly provided as well, Fishing and swimming was great. Totally 100% satisfied with the experience overall. Thank you very much for everything. We will book this MAGIC HOUSE again!!

Very pet friendly, and the host is very responsive, within 10 minutes. And very friendly. Golf cart was a blast to take to the local market store for groceries. Its a very small friendly town. Beds were clean and comfortable. Large yard. Beautiful lake. Clean older lake house. We'll Worth the Money. Very reasonably priced as well, for what you get. We will book again in the future. Robert
