Relax laying on the hammocks and enjoy the ocean breeze from this 4 bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled vacation home. Located just 50 miles from Miami and 100 miles to Key West you will be centrally located. Everything you will need is here for a relaxing vacation in the beautiful Florida Keys. This home has a very large (7500sq/ft) lot with plenty of space to store your toys. The yard has large beautiful mature palm trees and offers lots of shade. Outside the home has a huge deck with a table and chairs. Inside you will have a very large and open living area and kitchen. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in closet. The other 3 rooms include a guest room with another Queen bed, a guest room with a double/twin bunk bed and a smaller kids room with twin bunk beds. The neighborhood is a very quiet, private location. You will be only 2miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and very close to all major dive sites. Also, the home is close to shopping, restaurants and food markets. We just added a large deck 16x25 with a new Hot Tub.

Perfect family home

It was just perfect to us! Lot of space in the house and the garden, safe, clean. We felt very comfortable! Host was very kind and generous. And helpful with information and tipps. Also hot tub was great, freshly filled and loved by all of us! Thank you!!

Amazing vacation home!

We had an awesome family vacation! The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you could possible need. The palm trees in the yard are magnificent! The home is incredibly well maintained and there is great attention to detail to make sure visitors are happy. Paul was amazing! He purchased a Pack and Play for our youngest member of the family (18 months) to sleep in! He responded to my texts within minutes and gave us enough recommendations for activities to make this a memorable vacation! I highly recommend booking this rental home! Thank you Paul for sharing it with us!

Perfect Week with the whole family

We were totally 8 (5 adults and 3 kids 3-14 years). There are a lot of different activities in, at and round the house. The new pool is super, the garden perfect and the kitchen good equipped. The reef is only 2 miles away. We want to come back...

High Rating for a low latitude

This lovely property was well located and well appointed. Paul thought of everything. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. From extra linens to frozen bear mugs. Plenty of room for our very extended family. 4 rooms, 3 of which were well sized and the 4th was just right for a couple of boys in bunk beds. loved the oversized deck and grilled to our hearts content. 2 miles to Pennekamp. Near great Tiki bars, including Gilbert's which had a small but fun beach.

Great place in Key Largo for a large family, or if you need extra room

Our stay was fantastic, we are a SCUBA diving family. We had 7 divers and 2 land-walkers on this trip. We needed lots of room, lots of beds, and the comforts of our own home in a nice get-away for a great price. This place was great. We wanted for nothing, anything that we forgot on accident was already there, (spices for food, that bottle opener for your favorite import that should have a twist top, but never does, Paul had everything there for us) The place was spotless, clean, and well kept, a great front deck and fenced play area for the kids. Also all the little things were there that helped to remind you are on vacation, great ocean decor, and Key Largo items all around the home. We will be back for sure... "Diver approved!" Can't go wrong. You will be happy! Book it!

well furnished house

Our recent stay in Paul's house was great. The house is truly a home away from home.Paul kept in touch to make sure everthing was okay.There are many great restaurants close by and a lot of them will cook your catch of the day. There are many charters and rental places for water activities (fishing,sight seeing,snorkeling,diving) Great place to be for a holiday.

Great place to stay!

House was clean, neat well appointed. Everything we needed. Plenty of extra towels and linens for our large group. Close to grocery stores. You have to eat at shipwrecks when you visit! Best food in Key Largo. Paul was awesome to work with. We arrived just before New Years and he had champagne and glasses waiting for us when we got there! Can't say enough good things about our visit ! Highly recommend this house! Cheers!

I love to fish, dive and anything that has to do with the ocean. I have 2 boys that also love the ocean and we try to go out as often as possible. But when we are not using our vacation home, it will be yours to enjoy!

We purchased our home in 2013 and have since been upgrading and fixing every part of our new vacation home. All walls have been recently painted and everything inside is new or has been recently updated. We will continue to upgrade and add new things over time to make your stay as pleasant & comfortable as possible. Coming soon, we will be getting a hot tub and new pavers for the backyard.

The home is centrally located at the North end of the Florida Keys. You can easily drive to Miami Beach or head south for a beautiful drive to Key West.
