favorite place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: always a family favorite for us. Plenty of room, and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Super convenient location & fun family friendly atmosphere. Condo is clean & has multiple kitchen items stocked to make your stay and cooking needs accommodating.

We really liked this 3bedroom condo. It was nicely furnished and the 1st floor corner location was nice. Wish it had a little better ocean view but we could see the ocean. Jackie Battles and her team are always responsive and easy to work with.

The view from the balcony was so peaceful and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable also lol! The owner sent very detailed instructions so there was no question as to what was expected of us. Everyone in our group was very happy with our stay. I would absolutely stay here and and recommend for anyone!

This rental was in a high rise unit on the 1st floor, just 1 floor higher than ground. It is easily walkable to the beach thw felt private with no public access in site. The property has 2 outdoor pools and tennis courts as well as hot tubs and a sauna. Although, the sauna and both hot tubs were out of order as well as the tennis court being repaired and resurfaced so the pools were it. I appreciated the carts and elevators to make bringing luggage in easily.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The space was adequate for our family of 6, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. The room was clean, and easy to access from the lobby. The grounds are a little aged feeling. Tennis courts and grounds felt like they needed repairing and updating. Lots of taped off areas that you can’t access, including the drained hot tub. We liked having a restaurant on site and enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding areas. The one negative thing I’d say about the condo itself is that the view (and smell) from the balcony included the dumpsters, which is not shown on the listing. A simple straight forward photo on the listing would let the guests know what to expect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Thanks for staying with us and we are glad you enjoyed your time at the beach! This condo was just completely updated at the first of the year so people love it. As far as the hot tub you mentioned this condo has access to other hots that are both inside and outside. The one in question is closed each summer. The only other area with work in process is one of the four tennis courts this condo has access to. With a large resort there are always improvements in process but the goal is to make sure guests have like amenities that are available to them. Thanks again for staying with us!
