Escape to a relaxing coastal retreat where comfort, convenience, and laid-back beach vibes come together, just a few walkable blocks from the pristine beaches. This second floor bright and spacious condo features an open-concept living area, coastal-inspired décor, and a screened balcony overlooking lush tropical greenery — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals after a day at the beach. The comfortable living room offers plush seating and easy access to the balcony, creating a welcoming space to unwind with family and friends. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for restful nights, including a serene primary suite with vibrant coastal accents and a private en-suite bath. Guests will also enjoy in-unit laundry, covered parking, and access to the community pool. Whether you’re planning a beach getaway, family vacation, fishing trip, or extended stay, this condo offers the perfect home base for relaxing and exploring the area. Please note- this is not a pet friendly unit.



Conveniently located near grocery, pharmacies, shopping, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and of course.... the beach! Walkable distance to Manatee Beach, or if you prefer to drive, this beach offers plenty of parking, restrooms, beach cafe, and souvenir shop.



Guests love this unit's location and with access to the community pool it really offers something for everyone!



TRANSPORT. Free trolley pickup is right out front to take you wherever you need to go. If you want to extend your night out, just call up the Monkey Bus till 3 am!



We are happy to provide guests with a "starter kit" of a few dish pods, laundry pods, garbage bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper but is not meant to stock your stay. Please plan to pick up additional needs you may have.

1 set of towels (1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 washcloth) are provided per person for the max number of people the home sleeps

4 Beach Chairs, 1 cooler, 1 Beach Umbrella

Professionally cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines between each guest stay. PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.

Honeymoon Success

We had a great time at our condo on the Island! The accomodations were fantastic! My wife and I loved that the location was so close to the beach, but also close to a small strip mall that had essential stores! We highly recommend staying at this condo!

Perfect location near stores and beach, but quiet and comfortable. Screened in lanai adjacent to the mangrove forest and a small but great little pool!

Excellent location and very comfortable

We absolutely loved staying here! The ease of getting necessities, getting around and access to the beach could not have been better! The condo had all we needed as well from coffee machine, blender, ice maker, washer/dryer, iron/board. The beds were comfortable also. We will definitely be booking here again!

Cute 2 bedroom in a nice location!

We definitely enjoyed the location about half way up the island…walking distance to groceries and Walgreens and other shops and a few blocks from the beach. The unit was clean…the pool was nice as well ☺️

Ideal location

Stayed for two weeks in June 18 at this perfect condo. Only two of us, but close to the beach and Publix for necessary supplies. This will be the first on the list when we return.

Comfy, cozy and clean!

The walk to the beach was a bit more than 6 minutes, but this unit has everything we needed for our stay. It’s nicely decorated and pleasant to come back to at the end of a sunny day on the beach.

Great location and cute little condo!! Loved the location and access to beach. The beach gear supplied was extremely useful. Recommend walking back street behind Alvin's. We'll return for another visit.

Location location

This condo is updated and very clean. It is very comfortable. Being right across from Publix and Manatee beach is a real plus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the beach that is within walking distance.
