The unit was as stated with an ocean view, pool & ocean access, and bed occupancy. We enjoyed the unit as was quiet and calm. Even though located on the beach there was nOT sand on the floor! Impressive! Everything was clean and stocked adequately as described. We enjoyed our unit, just wish it was some place other than the Summit.

It was just as described. Bar and beach views were great. Very clean. The Summit had updated since we were there last year. Will go back again.

This condo has everything you need for your vacation. The host, 4 Star Condo, checked in regularly and was very responsive. We are a family of 4 with two small boys. They loved the bunk beds. We didn’t use the couch pull out. Very conveniently located. I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to PCB.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was just as described. The only complaint I have is that we had no hot water for our entire stay. I reported it to management and they did send someone out but they couldn’t find anything wrong with the hot water heater. Otherwise it was good.

Great Time... Beautiful white beach. Shallow water for family. Awesome pools, music and Tiki Bar. Overall a great stay!!

Spring Break 2024

The place was amazing ! The kids enjoyed their stay as well as the adults. The pictures are exactly as posted expect it actually a little more spacious. Great experience overall . Will definitely be returning. 10/10

Your condo is really nice, clean, well stocked and you can almost feel you are at pool side and you can see the beach as well sitting on the balcony! We will be coming back to stay at your condo! Thank you

Overall, the stay was OK. Elevators were broke constantly. The condo is a little dated. Probably needs to be upgraded furniture wise patio furniture was awful. Poor lighting.

Clean unit

The unit was clean and great location. However, we had issues with the bedroom tv and the dishwasher will not turn on. Besides those, we loved the unit.

Great place.

Great place to stay, comfortable condo has everything you need. With a family of 6 it was a bit tight and hard to get ready sometimes with only one shower. The dryer I don’t know if it was user error but it wouldnt dry past a couple min. Overall it was a very nice clean place plenty of things to use to cook with. Nice king bed in the room and bunk beds and also the couch bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great! The elevator situation at the summit was absolutely awful! We had to take the stairs the entire time of our stay! It was more of a “party” environment and that was fun! We enjoyed the karaoke nights and the movie by the pool.

Clean property in good location.

The property security and cleanliness were on point. There was ALWAYS someone somewhere watching the entry ways and/or cleaning maintaining the property. The condo was nice with all main essentials. A little TLC would go a long way, but we really didnt have any compaints. The location is within a lot of activities and restaurants. The ad mentions spinnackers and club le vala. They have been closed for years, and when/if they re-open spunds questionable. I was not disappointed with their closures, as the complex was mostly adults with families or respectful spring breakers. Id go back!

Toilet and stove did not work

Checked in Saturday night. Called Sunday, Monday and Wednesday before someone spoke to us about broken toilet and broke stove. Still trying to get refund that was promised on 5/12.

Ok

Tv didn’t work first couple of days also hard to navigate. Streaming app kept losing connection, dryer didn’t work. Took two different service calls to correct. Great customer service.

Trip

Wifi was out the entire time & the tv didn’t work. Had issues at check in & called several times with no answer. Silverware was dirty. Toilets had issues, maintenance had to come. Found out AFTER check in that the dryer did not work. The Summit itself was amazing!! The view was perfect. I would go back but not stay in this room.

Thank you for booking with us. I hate to hear about the issues that you ran into during your stay. I'm happy that you called our office to report an issue with the toilets running constantly, our maintenance tech was at your property within two hours of it being reported. Though when he arrived he found no issues with the toilets. I really wish you would've taken a moment to call our office and report the issue with the TV, or to report it to our maintenance tech who was in the condo. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. Unfortunately, we didn't find out that the dryer wasn't working until your day of check-in. We tried to fix the issue, but when we found out we couldn't fix it before you checked in, we called and offered to reimburse you for any laundry expense you incurred during your 3-night stay (Laundry is also available on the ground floor). I'm happy to report the dryer has been fixed. The Summit handles the Wifi and the check-in process, which is at their front desk. We called you the day before your check-in and tried to answer any questions you might've had about the check-in process. Best of luck on your future travels.
