Our room was clean and well equipped and the balcony was well outfitted as well. Our host kept in touch to make sure everything was okay, which was above and beyond I my opinion. The view was awesome. What a great time we had.

Great beach access and view. Great pool bar and small restaurant onsite, both were very affordable. Staff was helpful and corteous. We had a really good time there.

I happy you guys had a good time. One of the best amenities is having a small restaurant on site for something quick and easy to get without having to change and leave the property.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and the ocean view was everything we needed. From the initial booking to checking in and answering any questions, Travis responded promptly and was more than accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Home away from home blessing

We loved staying in this condo! It had everything we needed. It looked just like the photos in the listing and even had card games and beach toys which was an extra bonus. Great host!!

Perfect spot

Perfect view from the 4th floor. Close to elevator and stairs. Condo had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Best room at the Summit

Beautiful room with excellent view. Been coming to the summit for large family vacations/reunions for 10+years. Best room I’ve stayed in yet. And Travis was great with responses and making sure we had everything we needed prior to check in.

Awesome

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was great and condo was clean. I would tell everybody that it’s a great place to vacation!😀😀. The only problem is elevators need taken care of!

I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay!! We are happy that we use the cleaners we use to keep the condo clean and ready for use. We have had a lot of people tell us it is one of the cleanest condo they have ever stayed in. Sorry about the elevator issues. They have been working on the elevators and have made great progress on them working the way they are supposed to. One good thing about being on the 4th floor. If they aren't working well. It's an easy walk if using the stairs.

Great place

Only problem the condo had no toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels. It was a last minute reservation so able to overlook this problem. Will try to stay again next visit to Panama City Beach.

Angela I'm sorry to hear that the condo didn't have the necessities that were needed. This was the first time in 12 yrs of ever hearing that. I will be talking to our cleaners about the situation. Thank you for overlooking it and looking to book with iua again on your next visit to Panama City Beach. It will not be an issue on your next stay.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The unit was clean and in good shape. We were a little surprised with with nearby attractions across the street, but always felt comfortable and safe. Having the beach just a few feet away was great! Can’t beat the view . The owner was very easy to communicate with.
