Pool was too far away, kitchen was okay but nothing like other places I have stayed, area was not what I was hoping for.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was absolutely amazing, easy and the communication was outstanding. We had one hiccup with the fridge but it was fixed and everything else was outstanding. I will definitely be booking again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing trip. The house as always was perfect; the only thing I have to say is that the master suite tv controls were super hard to get to work but other than that everything was perfect and comfortable. We got to see the bears which is always our favorite thing to do.

We were locked put the house the first evening due to broken doorknob. It was not resolved in a timely manner. One of the beds was very uncomfortable and slanted to one side. Also, it was a little further from town than we anticipated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was beautiful and as described. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Each room having its own bath was a plus. We are in the mountains and had two bear visits. Only drawback - after seeing the bears so close to the house we decided not to use the hot tub that was located on the ground floor with no enclosure. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The place was beautiful and very clean HOWEVER .. the hot tub and Theater room were not working. They did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience with no hassle and we're very friendly. I will book with them again in the future.
