Loved it

Our stay was amazing! Right on the beach, a beach flag right at the end of the property for easy viewing. The condo was clean and ready for us. Communication was very smooth and easy we love the direct check in and out system. The closet was filled with pool and beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas which is amazing. We definitely plan to return

Vacation getaway

Proximity to beach, Just walking distance is a huge plus.Rooms were clean and equipped well. Usually we dont use non stick.Utensils are only non stick. Not enough coffee cups for 12 people. There is no mop to clean wet floors.

Location was perfect, heated pool in front of condo, grill and table to the side. We were able to easily take our meat to the grill and eat at the table outside. Beach is right over a little bridge 3 min walk, beautiful beach lots of sand and not overcrowded. Chair service came as an amenity no extra charge. There are outdoor showers and restrooms, and easy access to condo. Television in every room. Good wiifii and cable tv as well as some apps. The bunk in the nook in the hall came in handy for either two kids or one adult. They have carts outside to haul your luggage. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, was available in each bathroom and it was regular size. Enough toilet paper for a couple of days, dishwashing soap, bags, pods for laundry. Ther is a garbage shoot right outside very easy to dispose of garbage, so bags are not lying around waiting to be picked up. I went with my 80-year-old mother and she loved it! It is a great condo for people with very little children or seniors, really for anyone! The only thing that I would say that needs a refresh are pots and pans/kitchen items, but this is by no means a deal breaker and just a minor inconvenience. It is also in a very central area. If you have the Walmart delivery app, they will bring the stuff you need. We ordered all of our perishables from them. All in all, it was a calm and relaxing vacation on a beautiful beach. Will stay again if in the area. Host was also very easy to work with!

Our Yearly Beach Trip.

1st off Easy Vacation services is top top notch. Every interaction with them was excellent. As far as the property. The good: the AC worked well and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The bad: The refrigerator is worn out. All the shelves were broke, both the door as well as the main shelves to the storage trays. We had to cram things and remove a large portion to get to our items due to this issue. The ceiling fans in 2/3 bedrooms didn't work. The remotes were either missing or broken. Luckily there were box fans in the closets available to use. Coffee maker, pots and pans all in need of replacement, the non stick was coming off and really should be discarded. We ended up at Wal-Mart to find subtle things to cook on. I will say that the picture over state the appearance of the property. It is really in need of an update especially at this price point.

Everything was great overall just a note and not a big deal but old dish's were left in the dish washer.
