Beautiful place and beautiful view! Our family had a wonderful time in this condo and the pools and hot tub were amazing. Very short walk to the beach and our time of year included the chairs and umbrella wish is so nice with a family of 5! Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping, eating, and the pier. Beach view from the bedroom and living/kitchen area. Clean, comfortable, safe feeling area.No complaints at all. We will be back!

This condo is great. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The view is incredible with a lot of seating on the balcony. The host was great at communicating with me and answered any and all questions I had.

Great beach front property! The hot tub was great to have for spring break. The condo, pool and beach all very clean!

Great location, close walk to restaurants and pier. Beautiful beach view from the room. The beach and waters are clean. Very kid friendly.

One of the best views of the beach/gulf! I spent so much time on the back terrace reading and looking at the gulf. You can see everything from the 5th floor, spectacular. The location is and walkable to the best seafood restaurant on Okaloosa Island. Plenty of parking (not covered but that didn't bother us). Close to the pier for a visit on my morning walk. Delightful condo!

Nice place just didn’t have toilet paper, extra paper towels, dishrags, trash bags or anything to clean up minor messes. We like to keep things clean and tidy during our stays so we had to make a trip to the store for those things. Other than that the owners were very nice to work with and responded back to our questions very quickly. The view from our condo was awesome and our kids enjoyed having the pool and beach right there for quick and easy access. Also, I have to mention how friendly people are here. We had 8 kids age ranging from 12-18 and people were so kind to all of our kids and had one gentleman and his wife go buy donuts for all of the kids at the pool. Great family experience!

We’re glad you enjoyed the condo, convenience to the pools and beach and awesome view! It’s also good to hear how friendly people were at the resort. Our cleaners do leave a setup of paper towels, trash bags and extra toilet paper for our guests, but I do see how you may have to replenish for a large group. We hope you can return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and nicely appointed with the essentials. The view was as advertised, balcony right on the sand and water. We had no issues checking in or out. The pier and restaurants and shops were a short walk away. Great vacation.

Easy location to get to. Beautiful balcony with gulf view! Loved the beach service! Clean and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with, when minor issue occurred. Wonderful stay on beach! Would stay again!

Love the Summerplace. Owner very responsive!

We have stayed at this property for over 23 years. Love the location and amenities. So much better than the big places!
