Great stay!

Great place to stay in Edgartown! Very clean, easy check in process. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Would definitely return!

Great family Vacation

Home was clean and as promised. Perfect for my family. Loved the ping pong table and the new renovation was great. Great location. Having beach supplies was nice. Would stay again.

Review of Sharon’s Vineyard Escape

This property was overall an excellent stay! The house was clean, in a great area no more than 10 Mins outside of town and accurate to the pictures shown in the listing. Sharon was very communicative and open to any requests we had. My family and I will certainly look to stay here again for our next Vineyard escape!

Great Property

This was our second time staying here and the house is always well maintained with everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to beach towels and chairs. The location is great, right between downtown and the beach. Our family really enjoyed spending the week here, it is a great place to relax. Communication with Sharon is also easy. We hope to continue coming back.

Awesome property!

This property was beautiful! It worked out perfectly for our group of 5 - 2 couples and 1 single. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect location near the beach and Edgartown. The owners were across the street and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

Great experience

This house was extraordinarily well appointed and tastefully renovated. We were exceedingly impressed with the quality of the renovation, available amenities, and high-quality appliances and appointments. Communication with the host was fast and easy, and a great measure of privacy was offered to us. Would love to stay here again.

Sharon’s place was cozy and beautiful! It was actually bigger than I thought it would be with plenty of room for our family both inside and out. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to make a meal. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and beautifully updated. Sharon was so helpful - communication was quick and easy. We would love to stay here again when we come back to MV!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at this beautifully renovated, open floor plan, home with the most thoughtful and attentive host! The location is perfect...a short walk to Morning Glory and a short ride or bike to the beach. The yard is large and flat for playing outside and the home comes equip with everything you need for beach and outdoor play. The best part...when we arrived (to an immaculately clean home) there was a fresh baked loaf of Morning Glory Breakfast Bread waiting for us. We can't wait to come back and highly, highly recommend you stay here!

Perfect MV Stay

This property was ideal for our families MV vacation. We (family of 4) had ample room in this sweet home. The house was very well cared for and so clean. It’s location was perfect, quiet area but easy bike ride to everything we love on that side of the island. The house is as pictured, perfect for one family or two. It was child friendly and plenty of space for relaxing outside. I think this was our favorite VRBO house to date. I highly recommend booking at Katama.

Bright, super clean, well stocked beach house with all the modern amenities. We loved having the AC in bedrooms for sleeping, beds were comfortable just like home, kitchen stocked with everything you could need to cook, new sliding screen doors provided that perfect MV breeze, modern laundry in basement and beach supplies! What more could you want? Check-in was easy and we were greeted with the Gazette and Morning Glory Farm zucchini bread (a short walk/ride from the house for amazing produce). Close to Edgartown and South beach yet quiet neighborhood for relaxing. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great home for a family and has room for friends. Clean and thoughtfully updated with beachy and homey vibes. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the two bathrooms were spacious. The house also has a shed full of beach stuff and bikes, and a ping pong table in the basement. Having the beach towels and linens included was great- as were the added touches (towel for washing off make up, paper cups in the bathroom, etc.) The open concept is great for parents with kids as is the adjoining “kids room” and “master”. The location is close to the beach, Edgartown center, the triangle, and not far from OB and VH. Added bonus- having Morning Glory farm and the library and playground so close by. Highly recommend this property!

We attended a Martha's Vineyard destination wedding held at two Edgartown venues. This property was convenient to both, far enough from downtown and from the state road to assure down-time privacy and a stone's throw from South Beach (there are bikes that come with the property that make the trip fun)We use VRBO properties all over the country. This one has the best equipped kitchen of any we've seen. It is roomy and large enough to allow for individual privacy even when the weather isn't cooperating.Our host was extremely kind and helpful (I messed up and lost the entry code she emailed me so we were locked out when we arrived. I called for help and she provided me with the code within 5 minutes of my cry for help).We only have one suggestion. The sun pours into the upstairs bedroom windows early in the AM. The window sheer curtains don't block the light. Perhaps the addition of shades would be helpful.We all agreed this property is a 5 of 5!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay and the house exceeded our expectations! We had a small dinner party and the kitchen had more than enough equipment and supplies for entertaining. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is well cared for and has had a great renovation completed throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you need, and there is plenty of room inside and on the deck to relax. The location was also perfect for us in a quiet neighborhood close to the beaches and town. Communication with Sharon was prompt and easy, we would love to stay here again.

Great house. Hoping to stay there again next year

Everything about the house wonderful from the warm outdoor shower to the well appointed kitchen. And for others looking to stay I’ll elaborate on a couple details: We’re a family of 6 and they had plenty of beach towels. The shed had several body boards in it, an umbrella, and 5-6 beach chairs. A stop and shop supermarket is only 5 mins away. And every room in the house has a mini split that keeps things cool if you need it but the house has so many windows that breeze does a great job of keeping it comfortable. The host also replied to every query we had really fast. Overall great experience!

Beautifully Renovated

I’ve been renting on the Vineyard for 30 years. Place was perfect for our needs. Owner was so nice and has plans to update the grounds for next season.
