Welcome to Wild Pines Building E within Bonita Bay CC.
Meticulously maintained, second floor unit with lots of light and privacy overlooking the pond. Nicely appointed kitchen with skylight, dining area and living room all with hard wood floors. Two bedrooms, two baths and Lanai for relaxing and dining. Furnished through restoration hardware furniture, TVs and fans in all rooms, washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortable Lanai with easy seating and a table with chairs for casual dining. Outdoor closet with tennis racquets, bikes, helmets, beach umbrella, coolers and chair. Enjoy your time walking, jogging and biking on the 12 miles of paved pathways within our certified 2400-acre Audubon sanctuary. Plenty of photo opportunities to catch a variety of birds.
Within Wild Pines there is a heated pool and hot tub and a screened-in pool house. The pool house has rest rooms, a microwave, fridge, and areas to eat and socialize. Beyond the pool are two tennis courts and grills for cooking. All laid out for your enjoyment while on vacation. There are also three parks within BB offering a variety of activities including pickleball, bocce ball, basketball, playgrounds, fitness, picnic and seating areas, complementary canoes and Kayaks. A marina is on premises.
Bonita Bay Country Club offers 24 hour security. Just 30 minutes from RSW airport, 5 miles to Bonita Beach, short drive to several challenging golf courses and a short walk or bike to grocery, the promenade with restaurants, shops and gourmet delicacies.

My husband and I own a home in Bonita Bay Country Club. We love the area and purchased a condo for overflow of guests and for prospective renters. The condo is furnished and cared for as our home and we hope for those who do rent to enjoy their time while staying in our home.
