Would definitely come back. Only issue was with the vertical blinds in the living room to the balcony . They did not operate well and kept falling apart but the owner was aware and apologized. It actually became a game to try to open or close them and who could get the least amount to fall. We just used the sliders for the balcony in the bedroom area.

Great location and nice accommodations. Quite a bit of renovations going on to the buildings but that was disclosed upfront. Owner was great to work with.

Fabulous location. Great beach. Close to restaurants, entertainment and experiences but we only wanted the beach. Great to include the beach lounges in the stay.

Great location for attractions, groceries, restaurants, etc. Beach wa beautiful.

The owner was able to be reached whenever I needed him. He was great to work with. Also, we felt safe while staying there.

This stunning condo was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better! Even though it’s a one BR unit, the balcony could easily hold 12-14 people. Spectacular views. Having balcony access from both the BR & family room was a plus too. The condo came with 2 beach chairs/umbrella that were accessible each day till 5 pm. Was a really nice perk. In addition, a local vendor ran food/bar service in a pavilion next to the lazy river. We thoroughly enjoyed having access to it. The owners were very responsive to the few questions we had. Don’t get to PCB often but most definitely would rent here again. There truly were no areas we could think off for them to improve upon.

Great spot to get away from the real world

It was a great experience and a great place to get away from the normal everyday life and truly enjoy the week. The property was very nice and very clean. Have absolutely nothing negative to say and we will definitely be back there sometime for a visit again.

Great Experience

My wife and I had a great experience. Ingrid and Bill were great to work with, the property was right on the beach and the photos did not do the property and room justice. The views from the balcony were outstanding and we would recommend this listing to anyone searching for an unbelievable beach vacation.

Great stay

Very impressed. The property manager is amazing. Second of the units he manages that we have stayed in. It is our third stay in one of his properties. We plan to check out the rest. Not booking this place would be a grave mistake.

Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
