As one of our guests’ boys once asked back when the pool was just a slab of concrete, “How many buckets of water do I need to fill this pool?” No need for that, little buddy- we’ve got you covered. The pool is sparkling, ready, and waiting.

Less than 1.5 miles from Raymond James Stadium, just 10 minutes to Tampa International Airport, and 15 minutes to Downtown Tampa, this home puts you close to everything while still giving you your own private resort-style escape.

Your private retreat features a heated + chilled pool with an overflow jacuzzi, two sun decks, and plenty of loungers shaded by pool umbrellas- perfect for tanning, sipping a drink, or diving into a good book.

Right in the middle of the pool, set up a game of volleyball or switch it to basketball with dual hoops — fun for kids and adults alike. Both ends of the pool have built-in water benches for relaxing, while the depth runs 3.5 ft on each end and 6.5 ft in the middle- ideal for both play and lounging.

Around the water, enjoy a propane firepit with Adirondack chairs, a Weber grill for everything from steaks to pizza, and multiple seating options: a bar table, dining set, and plush patio furniture.

Framed by palm trees and lush tropical landscaping, this backyard is your private paradise for lazy mornings, sunny afternoons, and unforgettable nights under the stars. And with Raymond James Stadium less than 1.5 miles away, you might even catch live music drifting in the background- all while enjoying a neighborhood that’s quiet, peaceful, and far from busy streets.

The first floor is where everyone comes together- whether it’s for food, games, or just lounging.
• Movie, Game & Gym Room (Garage Transformation) The garage has changed its name. No doors, rails, or storage in sight- just your personal entertainment hub. Challenge friends on the professional pool table (convertible to ping pong) or darts, get a workout on the Peloton Bike+, Tread, weights, and yoga mats, or kick back on the lounging couch with the PS5 + 85” TV. Customizable RGB lights set the mood for movie night, game battles, or just a chill hangout.
• Living Room- Not your average Airbnb setup. A huge, plush couch keeps everyone together (no tiny loveseat situations here). It’s made for Monopoly nights, domino battles, chess matches, or a round of Jenga. A 65” Smart TV is ready when the games wrap, but the real focus is connection.
• Dining- Forget flimsy “half-group” tables. Here, the centerpiece is a solid sintered-stone table, extendable to fit 8-12 guests without a wobble. Perfect for big dinners, birthday spreads, or just lingering over wine. Even the smallest guest gets a seat with a chic convertible high/low chair.
• Kitchen- Fully stocked and ready to impress. Multiple blenders, an air fryer, Keurig, Nespresso, and drip coffee makers- plus creamers, tea, and honey 🍯 on the house. The fridge greets you with cold water and snacks, so you can relax right away. And when you do need more? Publix, Chipotle, and Starbucks are all just around the corner

Let’s take the stairs up- because sleep matters in this house.

Hotels like to brag about “luxury beds,” but we’d argue we’ve raised the bar. Here you’ll find 2 Kings and 1 Queen bedroom, each with ultra-luxury Beautyrest Black pillow-top mattresses. They’re pricey, but your sleep matters to us more than cutting corners. Pair that with 100% blackout curtains, luxury cotton sheets (yes, even in the bunk room), and pillow choices from regular to shredded memory foam with cooling/heated sides, and you may never want to check out.
• Master Suite- Work/makeup table, coffee nook, spa-style rain shower, soaking tub, and extras that make it feel like your own mini retreat.
• Second King- Chic makeup station that doubles as a desk for work (if you really must).
• Queen Room- Smaller footprint, but no compromise on sleep comfort.
• Bunk Room- Twin-over-twin and queen-over-queen beds, solidly built (no squeaky metal bunks here) with blackout blinds for a quiet night’s rest.

To keep everyone comfortable, the second bathroom is right here on the same floor with a rain shower and a tub, plus quality hair dryers, curlers, straighteners, and thoughtful essentials- because vacations should be about ease, not wasting time searching for a hair tie.

And for convenience, the washer and dryer are also upstairs- so laundry is just a few steps from every bedroom, not a trek across the house.
