Clean home with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms with shampoo, body wash and plenty of towels. We know the area well as former Crystal Lake residents so we were happy to be close to our favorite restaurants. Very pleased with the quick responsiveness of the host to all of our questions.

The house was tastefully decorated and the kitchen fairly well stocked with cooking and baking equipment. The location is easy to find and there is a neighborhood park and playground nearby.

The home was extremely comforting and relaxing. The only reasons why I didn’t give five stars across the board is because of the pet hair and smell around the home. There’s a lot of construction going on nearby and traffic is always moderate to heavy, however I loved being in a quiet neighborhood, we could park in the garage, and there were so many towels readily available which is truly appreciated. I definitely would say if you’re a traveling pet lover then this home is for you.

We enjoyed staying here and definitely appreciated how clean it was. It was also nice to not have to bring shampoo & body wash. We would definitely recommend !!

Personally, I would not recommend this VRBO. Communication was good other than that, place was not clean garage opener didn't work. Lots of lightbulbs burnt out. Flower beds were all weeds. Fridge didn't make ice. In the bathroom there is one switch, when you turn on the light, you get the obnoxious fan. Screen door mesh was ripped. Cabinets in kitchen did not close. Handle on a few pots and pans were non existent. I went to sweep, there was a broom but no dust pan. I was supposed to have a family dinner but two hours before check in, I was contacted that the master bathroom didn't work and there was a huge gaping hole in the ceiling. So it cost me more to go to a restaurant. I took pictures so I would not get blamed. There is no where to sit outside and enjoy the fall. I was awoke by landscaping company early Saturday morning. Positive it was in a nice area.

It was a truly difficult situation that the previous guest who checked out that morning caused damage to the plumbing and our maintenance team had to open up the celing to complete the repair. They did not have enough time to finish the repair but instead of cancelling your reservation, we asked if you still wanted to proceed with the booking. We understand this was not ideal for your plans and we are so sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay with us. Our future guests can rest assured we have had all the damage repaired and the bathroom is working great. We have also replaced the screen, pots and pans, and dust pan. Thank you again for the helpful feedback and we hope to provide you with a 5 star stay next time!

Nice property. Clean. Older home. No ice maker, windows are hard to work. But nice beds, furniture and kitchen was well stocked

Plenty of space for me and my four kids. Having the bonus living room area away from a TV really helped as well. There was also a park across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools for me and my master chef jr's.
