Beautifully styled flat/condo (two unit building), one block off Chestnut Street restaurants/boutiques (Starbucks, La Marais bakery, bank, cleaners etc. all within a few blocks). This is a quiet location, private entrance, bottom flat walk-up (friend owns the top flat). Enjoy a stroll for spectacular views of the Golden Gate bridge from the Marina Green or the lush park atmosphere of the Presidio (Crissy Field with beachfront/views of GGB, "Main Post" with "Off the Grid" Sundays, museum, YMCA with pool etc.) and Ft. Mason (with "Off the Grid" Friday nights, restaurants, great views) only a few blocks away. Or better yet, use the bikes in the garage and enjoy a leisurely bike ride along the Bay/Crissy Field without challenging the hills of San Francisco! Funston Park (George Moscone Recreation Center) blocks away with tennis, indoor basketball and field sports.

This pristine, two level flat features 3 sunny bedrooms (1BR-king, 1BR-queen, 1BR-double)/ 2 baths (1 with tub/shower, Master BR-walk-in shower), master suite looks out to a beautiful, sunny, patio/back yard with a grill and fire pit (exclusive use of backyard) and an attached garage with parking for one car. Washer/dryer in unit. Building was recently completely remodeled with hardwood floors, high end kitchen appliances, wine cabinet, 55' flat screen TVs (living room and master bedroom, HDMI connection), cable with wireless internet connection. Unit was newly furnished with designer furniture, accessories, luxury bedding etc.

We have a policy of no children guests under the age of 6.

With bookings of 30 days or more there is a ten percent (10%) discount. This is inclusive of taxes, the use of one standard car parking spot and the use of three bikes.

Lovely Home!

The perfect location and home for our holiday family get together. The home was comfortable and beautifully remodeled. Master’s Graduation

My family stayed at Dave’s, who was always easy to contact and communicate with, for my daughter’s graduation at USF. I found the property to be nicer than the pictures. So clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you’d need. The only downsides I can think of is the downstairs Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the neighbors upstairs will come knocking on your door if you’re too loud.

Amazing!!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would!!! The apartment is really nice, modern, very clean, and well equipped. The location was also great, close to restaurants and parks. Dave is an amazing host, and we hope to stay there again!

Excellent and accurate VRBO posting

This was a gorgeous condo that was every bit as nice, or nicer, than the VRBO posting showed. The place is modern, spacious, well furnished, with nice decorations, and a kitchen well stocked with all the materials we needed for cooking. The location in the marina was close to everything. And the host was excellent. Incredibly responsive when we had any sort of questions.

Best San Francisco Homebase!

This is the second time our family of 5 (children ages 15, 11, and 11) have stayed at this home and it was just as fabulous as we had remembered. David, the host, is easy to reach and communicates all your rental and check-in information ahead of time. We had a question during our stay and he immediately responded. The house is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The kids love the lemon tree and fire pit in the back yard for evening stores. The master bed is warm and comfortable and the closet storage is huge! The kitchen is beyond fully stocked which made cooking breakfast a breeze. There is a grocery store just a 5 minute way away (and plenty of parking!) and a ton of shops and restaurants as well. Should you want to walk to a more touristy area (Fisherman's Wharf), it's an easy Uber or 12 minute walk. The garage space is priceless (tight but fits a mini van or small suv just fine) when you might be worried about a car break in. We can't say enough about this property and our family looks forward to yet another visit in the future!

Beautiful SF

Wonderful flat. Updated, clean, comfortable and great location. Quick walk to Marina greens, fort mason, chestnut street, union street or fisherman’s wharf. Ideal location with bus stops close if going to Presidio, North Beach or China Town. A favorite part of town for us and felt very lucky yo revisit while staying in such a lovely flat. Would love to come back and would highly recommend .

Beautiful SF apartment

This is a beautifully decorated and spacious apartment in a very walkable part of the city, a mere 2 blocks from a lovely park (and grocery store), probably the best Vrbo experience we have ever had. Exceedingly well appointed, wonderful kitchen with everything we could possibly have needed. Having 2 BRs on the main floor and 1 garden BR on the lower floor kept it quiet and afforded privacy for a family member working remotely. The home was immaculate and organized, and David was an excellent host; very clear and easy check-in, and he provided lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. Most definitely will be back!

Nice Place in a Great Location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The location is great. It's a few blocks to the bay and a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Chestnut.

The property is in a great neighborhood and location close to the bay with many nearby sites. Fort Mason, Ghirardelli, Fishermen's Wharf to name a few. The home is sleek, well styled and full of amenities and the owner is very friendly

David’s place in the Marina District was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Meticulously decorated, super comfortable and impeccably clean. Fantastic location, supermarket right around the corner, and east access to all the hits. Zen garden off the master was the icing on the cake. Memories made!

Perfect For Our Needs

A very well-appointed and stylish flat in a good part of the city. Only 15 minutes walk to the Hyde Street Cable Car Terminus, 2 minutes to Great Meadow Park and 10 minutes to Safeway. Less than an hour's drive from SFO, and well-placed for access to the Presidio, Golden Gate Park and Marin County.

San Francisco trip

David was great from beginning to end. The property was a great location, extremely clean and very safe! David gave great recommendations on food and things to do on the city. The property had everything it promised and then some. I don’t really ever leave reviews but this was one worth reviewing.

We will be back

Very comfortable to come back to the condo/apt after a long day of touring the city and beyond. Great kitchen for cooking meals and the living room and diningroom were laid out to comfortably accommodate a larger group of family and/or friends. The decor is tastefully done. Thank you, David, for making it so easy to navigate your condo and the neighborhood.

Great VRBO

Everything about this place was great. All updated and high quality. Comfortable, clean, very well stocked kitchen, just quality through and through. Loved the neighborhood too. Easy walk to Safeway. Short walk to an area with cute bars and restaurants. What VRBOs should aspire to be!

Great space!!

Condo and neighborhood were perfect in every way!! More than enough space for the 4 adults and 2 teens living there for a full week. Neighborhood was beautiful and we are already talking about booking our next trip soon. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very responsive. At checkin we noticed a small gas leak from the stove and the owner took care of it expeditiously and even came to the property to meet the technician just in case we were not there .

Ideal property for comfort and location

Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a very convenient area of the Marina. We were 2 couples spending a week in SF. The apt was artfully appointed, with a well stocked large kitchen and a fabulous outdoor space complete with gas fireplace which was a really nice place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. The pictures don’t do it justice.

A fantastic place to stay in San Francisco

Four of us stayed here, youngest 15, for five nights in August and had a fabulous time. The property is very well located, near enough to walk to the main places to see but very quiet too. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable- especially the beds! Fully recommend this place, cannot fault one thing about it. Thanks to the owner for allowing guests to use this beautiful house!

Amazing house, wonderful stay

The property was absolutely lovely and as described. The backyard was such a nice outdoor space. I really appreciated the parking, and even used the bikes to ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. Beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very well furnished and stocked. It was a pleasure working with David. Next time we come to San Francisco, This will be top of our list. Thanks for a great stay.

Best location. Excellent accommodations.

My adult daughters and I met for a long weekend to explore the area, choosing this condo for its proximity to the parks , restaurants and coastline. We were attracted to the outdoor space and tasteful decor and we not disappointed. We would return in a heartbeat! Great communication with David, high end kitchen, beautiful bed and bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood. We’ll be back!!

Epitome of SF Cool in a great location

We rented David's place during our stay in SF for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, and we could not be happier with our stay. They location was great for the event, as it's less than a mile away from the venue, and it's also close to other popular tourist destinations like Fisherman's Wharf. Despite being close to many attractions, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We loved waking up to the fog horn and sitting in the front room as the city came to life. One note though.....there is an upstairs neighbor, and if you're sensitive to noise (people walking back and forth), it might be a little loud. However, I do have to say that all of the neighbors were extremely respectful and by 7:30....8:00ish it was very quiet. - David, the owner, was really easy to work with and was really responsive to communications. - There is a shared garage for one car so you can park off-street which was so great - Kitchen - it was the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a VRBO rental - Such a comfortable hang out space Highly recommend and would rent the space again in the future!

We bought the property with one of our best friends (she has the upper unit, we have the lower unit). We love the beauty of the unit and location. Besides being incredibly convenient to Chestnut Street (one block, bus downtown one-half block), the Presidio, Union Street, Crissy Field, Fort Mason are close by.
