Beautiful garden suite in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the Presidio. What a gem this property is. We had a peaceful stay at this very private unit after visiting the city. The host was a very responsive and this unique property exceeded all expectations.

Our stay was amazing! The room was very quiet, clean and spacious. I LOVED having the choice of the garden or library to sit in to read and enjoy my time. The neighborhood was safe for walking on my own; I am gluten free and there is a Cafe just up the street!We rented a car so we used the Hotspot parking app, there was always a spot outside the vrbo.

Beautiful property. Large bathroom with plenty of storage, walk in large shower, and plenty of hot water. Queen bed was comfortable. Street parking is tricky—read signage and it is paid by meter or app. Area felt very safe. Attached courtyard accessed by French doors was a wonderful oasis.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Location is perfect; neighborhood is safe; parking is easy. Best of all are the accommodations, absolutely great! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here from beginning to end. Communication was good and check in was easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were many. The beautiful backyard garden was the icing on the cake. As for the neighborhood, there was street parking right out front and good restaurants and nice shops close by and at the same time, the room was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Springer!

Lovely space in a wonderful building. Great location and easy access to all that the city has to offer. Beautifully presented, clean, safe, and very comfortable.
