This condo was beautiful. It was exactly as described and as pictures showed. We had a problem checking in with the code not working but it was handled quickly. We contacted the host about another issue and the host responded quickly and resolved the issue. It had excellent Wi-Fi. The beach service was fantastic! I will definitely want to rent this condo next trip.

Beautiful view

The view was amazing. The condo was bigger than the photos on the listing and very clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. I would stay again! The chairs were a major bonus!

Absolutely Outstanding

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! The location, decor, cleanliness, usable items (kitchen, extra pillows, etc.), view, and ease of beach access was all definitely worth a 5 star rating.

It's a nice unit. However, at check-in time, we never did receive an email or text giving us the door code. I had to call Avari Management, and it was like pulling teeth to get the person to give me the code. He kept wanting me to check for that email. Then, the air conditioner failed after less than one day. We called Avari, and they spent 24 hours trying to tell us that we didn't know how to run the AC properly, before bothering to send someone to check it out. Once they realized that the AC really wasn't working, they said it couldn't be fixed. They never did send an HVAC repair person. They obviously already knew that the AC had serious issues, because it had been repaired just 3 days before we got there. After that miserable 24 hours, we were told that we either had to leave, and they'd give us a partial refund, or we could move to a different condo. The offered condo was in a less desirable building, on the first floor with no ocean view. During our time there, we talked to many people at Avari, and most weren't helpful at all. Plus, we kept getting contradictory texts and emails. Avari Management is a horrible company. There were also minor issues at the IP unit, like the fact that the supposedly clean dishes weren't at all clean, it was inconvenient that the refrigerator didn't have an ice maker, and they wanted us to run and empty a dehumidifier in the unit. Also, before the AC broke, Avari would adjust the thermostat setting remotely.

2024 Beach Vacation

Loved everything about our stay. Condo was awesome. Very clean, view was great. Didn't cook, but kitchen looked well stocked.

Amazing Stay!!

This condo was perfect for our week vacation! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach chair service was an extra perk that made the week even better. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit! Would recommend keeping the curtains closed during the day when you are at the beach. The condo gets a little warm if the curtains are left open all day.

Family Summer Vacation

We stayed in this condo and we had family a few doors down in a larger room for one big family vacation. It was perfect, very clean, located directly on the beach, everything was as pictured on the listing. Would 10/10 book here again. My family had the best week. No complaints!!

Was absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely go back again! 2 things I would have liked better: it wasn’t clear how to check in. You actually park then go to your room to find your parking pass and learn you can park anywhere in parking lot. Also, didn’t know 2 beach chairs were available to us until we talk to the beach guys. Minor things!! Everything was GREAT! Absolutely stunning view and just steps to the beach!

What a gem!

This rental unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The best part is the view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach and free chair service. It’s also a lot of the little details that make this property a true find! Plenty of hangers in the closet, hooks, kitchen tools and nice appliances. We LOVED it and enjoyed our stay!

Clean and great view

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and nicely furnished. The view was great. My only complaint was the weird rationing of cleaning supplies (2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 small bottle of dish washing soap, 1 roll of paper towels, no laundry soap). I’ve never experienced this at a VRBO. I don’t think the very small cost savings is worth the annoyance to the renter.

40 year anniversary

No staff on the property the entire time we were there elevate his had no air no signs to show where the stairs were kind of lost the entire time.

Clean, cozy and great location

We had a beautiful 3 night stay at the condo. It looks just like the pics. It’s on the very top floor and the view is amazing. Loved hearing the waves while we slept(in the front bedroom). Great location, Close to many restaurants. We walked down the beach to hotel restaurants each night. Although, the kitchen seemed like it was equipped for everything if you wanted to cook there. Only con was that it is rented thru Vacasa so they do not stock much of anything for your use. Literally one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Two dishwasher pods. Super small bottle of dish soap. No laundry soap. So if your staying longer than a few days plan accordingly. They didn’t tell us those details until the day of check in. So, we had to stop and buy toilet paper. Not exactly what you want to be worried about when your traveling, especially for the price we paid. We loved the condo and would definitely go back!
