Perfect rental

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was Excellent. Very clean and updated and pictures on site need to be updated because the furniture and contents was beautiful. I would suggest a regular coffee pot instead of having to use pods. Customer service was outstanding. We definitely will use them for rentals in the future. We will not be staying at the Island Princess in the future due to everytime we stay here something on the property is broke. Elevator out until Feb. Hot tub was down 3 days. Grills don’t work

Donna, thank you so much for staying with us. Yes, things are broke at Island Princess, but the homeowners association is slowly but steady working on the problems at this complex. We hope to see you again, very soon. Sugar Sands

Overall, we had a really good time. Unit was clean, however there was an unpleasant odor in the unit as we walked in. It did not go away. We went and purchased air freshener. The elevator closest to our unit was out of order so there we had to take a long route to and from our unit. We were suppose to have a reserved parking spot, however, there was not one. We drove and walked the lot over looking for our unit number. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were fantastic. Very comfortable. Same with the other furniture in the unit.

What a beautiful condo! It was recently updated but the photos online do not reflect it. New couch, swivel chairs and counter appliances including an air fryer. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware. Many extras including igloos and flashlights. Beach views were incredible and we appreciated the hightop table and tall chairs for viewing the beach. Communication with Sugar Sands excellent. My only complaint was that the hot tub was out of order during our whole stay. Also, a coffeemaker was stated as an amenity but only a Keurig coffee maker was available. Not a problem though as we made pour over coffee. Bring your own pods if using the Keurig. My bestie and I will book this condo again next year. Destin 6.0!

Only negative suggestion is that the balcony furniture is not comfortable. Need to be able to select from the high barstool table and chairs and/or have access to more comfortable seating for the balcony. Elevators are very slow and small, but other than that very nice.

Great location

We had the best week long Vaca in this condo. Our family of 5 enjoyed the direct beach access and pool as well as being so close to shops, food and entertainment. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space to regroup after a day on the beach or out! While the condo was well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed, it could use a little attention and small repairs from the beach weather normal wear and tear. Overall a great, clean place to stay!
