Great condo and great location. Enjoyed the restaurants around us and was so close to Destin.

The whole process was so easy and communication was great. Management checked in on us daily.

Family Vacation

Location was perfect. We were able to walk to the pier and it was well worth it-could see sharks, dolphins, turtles, fish. Also able to walk to the Gulfarium-frankly our family enjoyed the pier better. The condo was spacious. Only drawback, but not a problem, was we were on the second floor and you could see the water but not the beach due to the tall dunes. Having an elevator was great for loading and unloading our belonging and groceries-they even provided a cart to use. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was beautiful, cleanliness was good. Being on the second floor there was an excellent view of the sand dunes so don't expect to be able to see the beach. Also, forget trying to check in early, we asked and were told absolutely no early check in, no exceptions. We had other friends staying at the same place and there condo was not as nice as ours and they got in 3 hours early. I guess it's what's more important to you, this condo is a nice choice.

What happens when you need help?

It was minor but the coffee maker was not working. One call to the help number and within a few hours someone brought a replacement. The rooms were as described with exceptional TVs!
