We sat on the balcony constantly and couldn't get enough. Very pleased!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Walkable to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Staff was easy to reach and quick to respond when we asked for an additional fan. Beds and couches were comfortable. Parking was convenient. View was spectacular. It got incredibly windy and we did not hear any wind inside the condo.

Great Place!

Great location where you can see the Wednesday night fireworks with quick and easy access and views to the beach/ocean. Highly recommend Sea Oats 706!

Excellent view and location

The property had an amazing view and was very clean. Great location near restaurants and mini golf. The condo had a great layout for our family. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful condo overlooking Ft. Walton Beach. Several restaurants and the Boardwalk within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The condo had everything you needed including a nice size room/closet off the kitchen with W/D and shelves to store food and drinks out of the way. The master bedroom/bathroom was great and the bed was comfy! Legacy was great with any problem we had and had it taken care of quickly!!

We have been to Okaloosa Island several times and this is our favorite condo this far. The view is beautiful! While we enjoyed other condo units for the kid friendly amenities, this one was perfect for our family of four. Our kids loved the pool and beach but they didn’t feel overly crowded. The condo itself was very clean and felt like home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. We received a text message checking in on how everything was the first day. We hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful three-bedroom penthouse condo on the seventh floor. The views were outstanding, with panoramic vistas of the Gulf and a perfect view of the fishing pier. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the unit was a highlight of our trip.The condo was exceptionally well appointed and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and the reclining sofa provided a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the laundry room was spacious and convenient.One detail we especially appreciated was that all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were clearly labeled with their contents. It made finding things easy and showed a level of attention to detail that is often missing in vacation rentals.The management contacts were also excellent—friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.Overall, this is a wonderful property that combines comfort, convenience, and spectacular views. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach.

Oakaloosa Island Jewel

Beautiful 3 BR 2 bath condo with absolutely stunning views from the top floor of the building. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella service daily, lovely kitchen and decor including balcony seating. Remember to bring your own beach towels, laundry detergent and a hair dryer as these are not included. The shared 2nd bath had a very nice tub, that would’ve been much better if the jets had been working. Otherwise a simply lovely property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for our family of eight. Their property description is detailed and accurate. When the ocean gets too cold their pool is heated. When the stairs give you muscle aches their elevators haul you up and down. When you run out of clean clothes their full size washer and dryer get the job done. And beach service is amazing when in season. Would definitely return.

Quick response times

It was a great location! The listing and pictures were accurate. I only had one or two maintenance issues during my stay. Each time, I received a response within minutes. The staff was courteous and professional. The microwave had food residue in it and though it appeared clean, the floor was pretty dirty. I think the microwave was simply missed. The floor really needed a good scrubbing and I know that isn't something that the cleaning service does. My biggest concern was the dampness that was constant in one of the guest rooms. The last few days, it was an issue throughout the condo. I believe that a good dehumidifier would solve the issue. Overall, I really enjoyed my two months in the condo!

Beautiful end unit!
