Generous sentiments, which are much appreciated! All I will add is that while I take credit for some of this, the boogie board and other beach toys are thoughtful donations left by other guests for others to enjoy as well. And the view, well, that's Mother Nature's doing. All I had to do was find this home and buy it when it was available!

I must say, it captures very well both why I bought this specific home in the first place and also what I have tried to do, via my renovations, since I bought it. So I really appreciate it. It IS my second home, not a "rental property" per se, so that is why I have expended so much time ands effort to renovate it and make it look nice. But as you noted, the view's the thing, and the fact is there are very few homes anywhere on 30A that have views like this. I know because I looked for a year before lucking out with this property.
