Awesome is the only way to describe 'Sea Zen', this newly remodeled home located next to Rosemary Beach and only 150 yards to beach. After a day at the beach relax in your own 18 x 36 heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Let the kids swim while you barbecue on the GAS GRILL and enjoy dinner beside the private pool.

Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Kitchen Aide professional range with plenty of counter space.

Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one
bedroom with a queen bed. The large bunk room has 2 full size bunk beds and 6 single beds sleeping 8 people.
There are 2 wooden high chairs, 2 Pack N Plays.

Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining table seating 12, plus a large breakfast bar for 6. You will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs, with 2 open living rooms, kitchen, and dining room offering expansive gulf views.

- March 5- October 31 one free beach set up with umbrella and 2 chairs at the Winston lane or South Wall street or Orange street beach access. You are welcome to add additional ones at Coastal Parasal (850) 233-0914.
- Private heated pool **Pool heating available Oct 1-May 31 $400 weekly/ $65 daily.
- 6 person street legal golf cart available for rent $700 weekly. License only drivers to operate street legal golf cart.

This was out third time to stay at SeaZen since 2014. Sea Zen just meets our needs for 11 people with the bed and bathroom setup. The kitchen is very well stocked and the large pool is great when we cannot go to the beach. Ross is great to deal with! The property could use an update in some areas but otherwise is a great property.

Thanks for the review. Sprig 2027 the house renovation will be completed all new baths, kitchen and furniture in living areas. Update pictures will be up around April 2027.

Bicycles are a great way to enjoy the many attractions along 30a. There are several bike shops nearby that will deliver to the beach house. Looking forward to hosting your group again!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! We had 12 adults and 4 kids. The pool was great for the kids, the beach was an easy walk, and just a short walk to town. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking for a crowd. Communication with Ross, the host, was very easy. The closest beach access is just down the street and the house comes with one beach set up. We got a couple more set ups and that was perfect for our group. It’s a great house for a group vacation!

Great house!! Lots of room and short walk to the beach and into Rosemary. The kids loved the spacious bunk room! We have always stayed in Rosemary but became Inlet beach fans during our stay. The beach was not crowded at all which was so nice!

This house was amazing for my bachelorette trip we had the best time! The property owner was so responsive and helpful, Ross made this stay so enjoyable. Huge standouts were the large tables that could fit our group all together for eating dinners, a quick walk to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up on our arrival, and a great outdoor space to enjoy the sun in! To make things even better the beds were all so comfy and plenty of towels for everyone to use! Couldn’t recommend this house more, I will definitely be rebooking for future trips!

An Outstanding Holiday House

We spent the Thanksgiving holidays at this property and had a great time. The house is spacious, close to the beach, and comes equipped with most everything you will need i.e. highchairs, many kitchen pots and pans, wine openers, etc.

Great house! Beautiful and great location

This rental was perfect for our trip. The bunk room was fantastic for all the teenagers! The house was clean and charming! Would highly recommend for a large group!

We would come back again and again! Ross’ house is everything we could have wished for. Very accommodating on all levels from the amazing backyard to the spaces throughout the house. Plenty of room for all of us! The bunk room was beyond for our grandchildren. They loved their own private cool space!

Great Location with Lots of Space

We had a great time during our stay. The house is in the best location in 30A with easy walking to both the beach and Rosemary Beach town area. We felt extremely safe and were able to relax the whole time. The pool was heated which made it perfect for a spring getaway. The house is also huge so we also had more room than we even thought we would need. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Beautiful Property & Prime Location!

We stayed here for our girls trip and I cannot stress enough how important location/proximity to the beach and space/comfort was for us - and this property does not disappoint! It’s beautiful, functional and walking distance to both the beach and downtown Rosemary area. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property which is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lovely quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes. Would definitely stay at this property again! Great communication with Ross, the host.

Fabulous Rosemary Beach home

This is a wonderful vacation home for a large family gathering. The house was spacious, beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to the beach and walking to the town along 30A was under a mile…an easy 15-20 min walk!
