Awesome is the only way to describe 'Sea Zen', this newly remodeled home located next to Rosemary Beach and only 150 yards to beach. After a day at the beach relax in your own 18 x 36 heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner beside the private pool.

Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Kitchen Aide professional range with plenty of counter space.

Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one
bedroom with a queen bed. The large bunk room has 4 full size bunk beds and 6 single beds sleeping 10 people. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children's media room.
There are 2 wooden high chairs, 2 Pack N Plays.

Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining table seating 12, plus a large breakfast bar for 6. You will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs, with 2 open living rooms, kitchen, and dining room offering expansive gulf views.

- March 5- October 31 one free beach set up with umbrella and 2 chairs at the Winston lane or South Wall street or Orange street beach access. You are welcome to add additional ones at Coastal Parasal (850) 233-0914.
- Private heated pool **Pool heating available Oct 1-May 31 $400 weekly/ $65 daily.
- 6 person street legal golf cart available for rent $700 weekly. License only drivers to operate street legal golf cart.

Great house!! Lots of room and short walk to the beach and into Rosemary. The kids loved the spacious bunk room! We have always stayed in Rosemary but became Inlet beach fans during our stay. The beach was not crowded at all which was so nice!

Great Location with Lots of Space

We had a great time during our stay. The house is in the best location in 30A with easy walking to both the beach and Rosemary Beach town area. We felt extremely safe and were able to relax the whole time. The pool was heated which made it perfect for a spring getaway. The house is also huge so we also had more room than we even thought we would need. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Great family vacation

Great house for our family vacation. The home was clean and had the perfect lay out for our needs. It was a couple of minutes from the beach and a 10 minute walk in to town. Perfect location! Ross was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only negative thing is that the WiFi was not great unless you were on the main floor. It would have been nice to have WiFi outside around the pool but it was a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Property & Prime Location!

We stayed here for our girls trip and I cannot stress enough how important location/proximity to the beach and space/comfort was for us - and this property does not disappoint! It’s beautiful, functional and walking distance to both the beach and downtown Rosemary area. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location!

We had the best time during our long weekend stay. We were down to celebrate my wedding with closest friends and family and this home was perfect. It was stocked with all necessities and very clean. Ross was great with communication and very helpful. We will be back!

30A before school starts

This was our 3rd trip to 30a and second time staying in Inlet Beach. This house was great: huge pool, lots of bedrooms, bunk room for 8 kids (amazing!). The location gives you the best of 30a because you can walk to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach in a few minutes but enjoy the less crowded neighborhood and beach at Inlet Beach. Great all around experience and hope this house is available for our next trip.

Great house in a great beach neighborhood!

We had a great time at the house. There was three families in our group, with kids aged 6-19, plenty of room to spread out. House was clean, beautiful kitchen to cook in, pool area was great. The kids spent many hours swimming in the pool and it was heated which was great for the cooler days. Beach was nice and close, some went on the golf cart but others easily walked. We rented bikes for a couple days and that was great for going into the Rosemary area. We all truly fell in love with this little beach town. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house!!

Great family house

What I liked most about this house was how well equipped it was for a multi-generational family to enjoy! High chairs, baby gates, a wagon and golf cart to get the provided sand toys to the beach, a fantastic back yard with covered eating area and grill, outdoor shower, great pool and pool toys, corn hole game, and nice grass side yard. Lots of gathering areas inside for our big family, stocked with games and wonderful eating areas inside and on the balcony. The bunk room was amazing! Ross responded promptly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home.

Well-equipped roomy house with pool!

Overall, the house was great. Lots of space, lots of cookware, plenty of tvs. The negatives were confusion over complimentary chairs and umbrella at beach. You have to sign up for even the complimentary ones well before your trip. I understood you just needed to reserve additional ones in advance. We never got that straightened out. There were no bikes which had been mentioned in the amenities and the house next door was under construction with attendant noise and workers’ vehicles everywhere. We also had rainy weather and no swimming all week. Luckily, this house has a lovely pool that the kids totally enjoyed. Once the neighbor’s construction is over, the house will be a great place to stay.

This house was amazing for my bachelorette trip we had the best time! The property owner was so responsive and helpful, Ross made this stay so enjoyable. Huge standouts were the large tables that could fit our group all together for eating dinners, a quick walk to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up on our arrival, and a great outdoor space to enjoy the sun in! To make things even better the beds were all so comfy and plenty of towels for everyone to use! Couldn’t recommend this house more, I will definitely be rebooking for future trips!

We would come back again and again! Ross’ house is everything we could have wished for. Very accommodating on all levels from the amazing backyard to the spaces throughout the house. Plenty of room for all of us! The bunk room was beyond for our grandchildren. They loved their own private cool space!

Band Tour

Wonderful stay at a fantastic house!! In town for our adult kids’ band tour. Surprise engagement on the beach!!! So many memories!! Cannot wait to return!!Minor issues due to lightning storm that Ross, owner, promptly took care of. House well stocked. Pool area very relaxing. Comfortable beds.

What a house!

This house is totally amazing! It was important to us to all 14 be able to be comfortable and spread out in a main room. This room was that and so much more with the open kitchen and huge breakfast room all in an open feel with the main room. The backyard was spectacular. We will definitely come back to this house. Ross was great in communication to us and took very good care of us

Best in class

My Dallas family has been renting homes in Rosemary over the 4th for 13 years. This was our first time in Inlet Beach. This home exceeded expectations. 1). Room size and layout perfect for 13, 2 years old to 64. 2). Big pool in backyard (Rosemary pools much smaller), 3). Proximity to beach. 4). Extremely well appointed --- from big things like golf carts (yes, you can use them in Inlet Beach), to little things like kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, to games for kids to sand buckets, shovels, surf boards, umbrellas & carrying carts --- this house has literally everything inside to support a family vacation with a big family. Ross is a local landlord, and it shows in both the upkeep of the house and the breadth of accoutrements that support a great beachouse experience. The only negative is the beach is public (unlike Rosemary which is guaranteed private reservations), but we found even the week of the 4th we were able to secure front row positions at the Wall Street beach location. Great beachouse for a memorable family vacation.

Long Weekend in Rosemary Beach
