The Space:

*IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

Please note that Building B1 at Pinnacle Port is scheduled to undergo exterior restoration work beginning December 2026, with an anticipated completion date of February 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction-related noise during normal working hours, as well as the presence of contractors and construction equipment around the building. Certain exterior areas, including balconies and walkways, may be temporarily restricted as work progresses.

The outdoor pool deck is scheduled to be closed from December 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027. The covered pool is expected to remain open and accessible during this period

Great room and great location.

Room was exactly as advertised. Easy beach access. Great area, just down from 30A (Inlet/ Rosemary). Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was great and the views were perfect! We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back! There was a few kitchen issues and I have provided photos. The kitchen could have used a few items such as a baking/cookie sheet and a scissors. Perhaps a few ice cube trays since the ice maker doesn't work. And everyday the ice machine down in the parking lot was always empty. Also when we were making bacon on the stove because there was no cookie sheet to cook in the oven the smoke alarm went off and when I turned on the vent on the microwave the air blew the vent cover off and it landed on the frying pan full of bacon grease and luckily most of it miraculously stayed on the stove and only splattered me with hot grease. It could have been sooo much worse but the vent had no screws or anything to hold it on so I placed it on top of the fridge. Obviously this is dangerous and needs repair. And the other issue that was disappointing is that the fridge froze all our food. I even turned the temp down after the first day and the veggies and such were frozen and turned mushy. And even frozen beer and butter. And lastly the towel situation was not great... very old and gross stains that as an owner I would be embarrassed to put out for my guests. Some hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice too. Someone had put a hand soap in the kitchen we took in there but it was filled with just water. Again nothing that really affected our fun just details for you.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Panama City Beach! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.Everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation was provided, and the property was well maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Panama City Beach. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation rental!Thank you for helping make our vacation so enjoyable!
