LKN Sunsets - Lake Norman Vacation Rental - Peaceful relaxation, non-stop adventure or any combination - this setting has something for everyone. Beautiful, lake front views the minute you walk in the door will have you ready to relax and kick back. Or get out on the water. Boat rentals and slips nearby. Fishing, skiing, paddle boarding are all just outside your door. Walk along the shoreline on the boardwalk, visit nearby parks and trails.
Condo has three bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), two full baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, TVs in living room and all bedrooms, Wireless Internet. Gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Large, covered porch opening out to the lawn and walkway to the docks. Pool on one side of the building, Port City restaurant on the other plus tennis courts across the parking lot. You may never want to leave. But there are endless opportunities for fun for visitors of all ages. From upscale shopping and relaxing spas to sports and entertainment there’s something for everyone.

This was the perfect location for our getaway. The only negative would be that the condo needs serious updating; other than that, everything else was lovely!

Updates and renovations are the personal decisions and preferences of individual owners, and while this unit may not be as “updated” as you might want, we feel the photos you used to select this unit are extremely accurate. We also ensure that our pricing reflects the level of updating that owners have chosen to undertake, and we have many other options for those who prefer more modern finishes and decor, though they may come at a higher premium. I appreciate all feedback, and will of course share yours with the owners, but I thought I would offer a bit of perspective, as this condo represents the owner’s taste and offers a clean and comfortable place to stay with a great view at a great price.
