The spacious layout and accommodating bedrooms are perfect for sleeping up to eight guests comfortably and the full kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed to make a delicious meal. Plus, the cooking can be a social time of the day with bar seating at the island! After enjoying breakfast on the furnished balcony, make your way to the beach via the stairs leading from the complex and soak up some Florid sun. The shared pool area is the place to go for a quick dip in refreshing waters. To end the perfect days experienced here, be sure to pick a favorite spot to watch the sunset and fall asleep to crashing waves at when night falls.

This home is in a great location for all types of fun-filled activities. Within five miles you can book a day trip with Santa Rosa Charters LLC, Emerald Coastal Pedal Tours, and 30A Dive! For the golf-lovers of the group, Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is also close by. Draper Lake is a great place for fishing and watching the sunset within walking distance. When dinner comes round, popular restaurants include Bayou Bill’s Crab House, Louis Louis, Christiano’s and 98 Bar-B-Que. Rent a few bikes to discover your own favorite spots as well!

Loved “Lucy” in Vizcaya!

Beautiful property! Even better than the pictures! Great property managers. Got our A,/C fixed quickly! Well stocked kitchen with great appliances. We stay in this area every year & love Vizcaya & this property! We will stay there again!!

Very Nice!

We had a great time at Seabluff #2. Clean, nice furnishings, walk out back door and the beach is right there. My only complaint would be the wifi, terrible service.

Great location!

It was a great property and we enjoyed our stay; however, the kitchen is in much need of new appliances and upgrades. We struggled with the refrigerator and freezer the entire stay.

Best House Rental in the Area

We’ve been to Destin a few times and this was one of the best stays yet. We owe it all to the beautiful and convenient property we stayed in. Our travel group was made up of 4 families and this accommodated us PERFECTLY. The house was spacious, clean, efficient, beautiful, and, best of all, it was on the beach. We will definitely be staying here again and hopefully I can live here permanently at some point in my life. We all Loved it completely.

AMAZING VIEW!!!... would love to come back again next year

Fantastic time with the family!! The view is gorgeous!! Only 2 things : the ice maker wasn’t working and no one thought to call maintenance (our fault lol).... we had to kill 2 roaches , but other than that we loved our stay

Wonderful House - Wonderful Beach

The house was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful house. Well stocked with kitchen cooking utensils and dishes. Room for everyone to enjoy family time - but space to get away when wanted. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Ocean view from the kitchen and gathering room and from the large wrap around deck. Steps from the beach. Wish we were there now!

The condo is beautiful and in the perfect location.

Everything was perfect. We had some issues with the WiFi. The owner and the property manager went out of their way to make sure it would get fixed. We had everything we needed in the condo and very spacious for a family of 5. And best of all where the beautiful gulf views from the bedroom and the living room.

Beautiful townhome with beautiful view

This townhome was very clean and very modern. The view was amazing from both living room and upstairs bedroom. The beach was beautiful white sand and clear water. We've been to Santa Rosa before and enjoyed the area and were pleased again this time. Our checkin (after hours) was easy, as was checkout. Very nice staff. Had meals at Stinky's Fish Camp, Nick's, Sunrise Coffee and The Perfect Pig (my personal favorite!). Love this area and love this townhome. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfectly situated on the beach

This house is perfect for those who do not want the Destin craziness. We come usually before the beginning of the summer rates, around mother’s day, and it was perfect this year. It has 4 beds and 4 baths, which is what we really need as a family of 6. The hot water heater lasted longer than we would usually expect for a family of our size. Also getting 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs as well as bike was a nice addition to an already nice trip. There are nonhouses behind you, and the public access is a few houses down, so it makes for a very quiet beach area. We choose to cook and the kitchen had ample amounts of supplies. Overall, for a weekend to week getaway, especially for the price; its worth it. We easily could have paid double for the location, as houses in this area are expensive. We will be back

Blue Mountain Beach beauty

This was our 2nd stay at this complex but first in this unit. It is beautifully decorated and appointed. You can’t beat the location or proximity to the beach!! Those 70 steps up can be a killer at the end of the day and in 90 degree heat though A few cons: we could not enjoy the outside spaces after dark because of all the palmetto bugs (found 2 in the house (!), have not had that problem anywhere else in the area), a few areas could use a better clean (no headboard for the king bed in main bedroom, when I pulled out the bed a little to plug in phone charger the floor molding behind the bed was really gross, for example) and since this is managed through a company there is no person to person contact just automated emails (would have liked to be able to text or email someone about the bugs and the hornet’s nest forming on the upstairs deck) However, the pros significantly outweigh the cons here and we would definitely come back!

Beachfront Paradise

This was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at the beach. The views from the porch and balcony were breathtaking. We enjoyed our meals and morning coffee outside taking in the magnificent turquoise waters of the gulf. This condo seems to have been recently updated and is tastefully decorated with the most comfortable furniture and beds. It has a fully stocked chefs kitchen, which was perfect for preparing fresh seafood we got from the local markets. Some nice bonus features not included in the listing were a private outdoor shower and a large gas grill. Also, the listing said there was only one parking space but we saw plenty of open parking throughout the complex. The 70 steps down to the beach can be a bit daunting but the close proximity to the beach more than made up for it. We loved just walking off the patio and down to the white sands. This condo is close to lots of great shops and restaurants, which we rode our bikes to. Our family had one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations ever here. It really felt like home and was so hard to leave.

Clean but issues need to be addressed

Property was clean and beach view was amazing. The microwave, ice maker and garbage disposal didn’t work which was certainly an inconvenience. The property management company attempted to fix but the ice maker never did make ice which was really disappointing on a beach vacation. But we overcame and still had a great time. Cable tv in master bedroom did not work either. Not a major issue. BUT... Property definitely needs some attention to ensure everything is in working order.

Great location, great house- we would stay here again

You are literally steps away from the white sand beach. Absolutely amazing sunsets that you can enjoy from the back porch. The house comes with complimentary bikes and chairs with shade that get set up and taken town each day. The house itself was clean, plenty of space for 4 families (10 people)...may still be worth bringing a couple air mattresses if you have that many people since the beds were more like queens except for one. And don't count on the sofa bed, very uncomfotable, an air mattress would serve you better. We didn't have any issues with the appliances with a couple exceptions (one of the gas stove tops was not working and the grill outside didn't work). The house is within 10 min of a grocery store (publix) and a walmart. Overall, the house is not perfect...may need a little TLC on some small things asthetically, but that didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Improvement needed for this house

With 11 month old twins, a three year old, my son, daughter-in-law, and husband, we chose this house based on closeness to the ocean. Yes, we all enjoyed the time together. However, this house needs much maintenance such as: the dryer needs to be replaced or repaired since it took 4 cycles to dry a load. The beautiful deck needs several improvements including disposal of a broken and splintered wood picnic table which looks better in the photo. The outdoor grill had no grate for ashes, no pan, and was filled with water. A few vertical slats on the deck overlooking the ocean are loose and swing outwards...dangerous for our children. The first 2 days we did not have the promised beach chairs and umbrella even with 2 calls to management. This house is unusually close to a lower rent house as well as others. There were loud parties into the night that we could not avoid hearing. I will not stay in this area again.

Beautiful architecturally yet not functional

Beautiful design in great location. My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Functionally the house needs a lot of work. To start, every few hours the house shudders and vibrates as if a low level earthquake is striking. The kitchen is in serious need of refurbishment: refrigerator sprays about a quart of water every night over food trays, in bottom drawers and all the way at the bottom. A lot of food was damaged until we figured out what was wrong. Washer makes a lot of noise and needs manual shuffling of clothes to balance. Dryer only dries on high. Main microwave does not work and a miniature microwave is only available alternative. Sofa bed in living room is cracked. We were promised it would be fixed on Sunday, yet it never happened. Two people ended up sleeping on an inflatable mattress instead. Stairs leading to the beach are unstable half way down and the banister is detached from the frame. Would suggest advising future renters about the periodic movement of the house. It was very scary when it first happened in the middle of the night.

Great property- Just steps to the beach!

The positives of the house- The set up of the house is really nice. The living room, kitchen and dining room all have views of the ocean. The bedrooms are in the back of the house and have views of the lake across the street. Every bedroom has a bathroom- which is great for multiple families sharing the house. There are 2 bedrooms on the left of the house and 2 on the right. All appliances worked great and there were plenty of towels in the house so we didn't have to do laundry everyday (we didn't use one bathroom, so if we needed towels we took them from there). The kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything you need to cook. They have all the basics. We cooked about half the time during the week and never needed to buy anything to cook with. Great counter space and 2 dining room tables and a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The negatives of this house are the floors throughout the entire house is tile (except bedrooms, they are carpet). It's great for sweeping up sand, not so great when you come in from the beach or get out of the shower and the floor is Extremely slippery! We always tried to make sure we were completely dry when coming in from outside, but if you weren't dry, spill something on the floor or it rains, just beware of the slippery floor. The deck and stairs are also very slippery when it rains. I (28 year old adult was being very careful) slid down the stairs going out to the beach after it had rained. I was holding on the railing and going slowly down the stairs and slid down 3 steps. I had a very dark purple/black bruise on my rear the entire vacation (happened first day) and for about a week or so after arriving home. I couldn't hardly sit or lay down on my back without it hurting. I'm really glad my children did not fall as well. We did have some maintenance workers show up 3 days out of the 6 days. Two of those times, they came unannounced. I didn't like not having a notice about them spraying for bugs (mostly outside, but he did spray the kitchen and hallways, we never saw bugs during our stay inside) or fixing the stairs while we were there. It seems like it would be better to schedule maintenance during a period where there are no renters or block off a few days and do the necessary repairs then. The workers were really nice and tried to finish as quickly as possible, but it was still something I would have liked to have been given a notice about when checking in. Overall we would stay here agai

Incredible ocean views and quiet beach!

THE GOOD: Perfectly situated with easy beach access and beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. House is roomy and comfortable, with adequate parking and all the necessary linens and kitchen utensil. Linens were clean, the AC runs cold, and all appliances work. THE BAD: Needs a good cleaning. Thick dust lines the ceiling fan blades and carpet next to the floor boards. Dead bugs in window sills and carpet edges. Hair balls and sand on tile floors, as well as dried spill marks near the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Some blinds can't be opened or closed due to broken strings. Washing machine squeaks loudly (so loud we only ran it when we were outdoors). Northwest toilet doesn't flush well, but works if you hold the flusher down. House came fully furnished with the minimum, most basic essentials. Be prepared to make a store run and spend decent money on trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. OVERALL: If you come in on a Sunday, be ready to access a lockbox to pick up your keys and registration information; the property management office is closed and unstaffed. There was a mixup with our registration packet that resulted in us spending over two hours and more than a dozen phone calls to get access to the rental. During that time, we were told the property manager would not speak with us directly (she denies this). The mixup also resulted in another couple getting the keys to our property, showing up, and letting themselves in. They were confused and rude, even though this is a private home and they had rented a 3rd-floor unit. It was an uncomfortable and unsafe situation. Additional calls had to be made to the management office to get the beach chairs unlocked, have a grill delivered, and get smoke detector and TV remote batteries switched out. The maintenance people were pleasant. The owners called in a complaint to the property manager when they drove by and saw our teenagers getting out of a car at the house, claiming they weren't convinced a responsible adult was present. Our oldest is 18 and drove his own car; the kids never had access to the house without my husband or I there. Bottom line, if you're looking for a pristine property, keep looking. If you want a place with easy beach access and beautiful views, and don't mind some hassles and inconveniences along the way this is a great option.

Thank you Valery for your review and comments. We appreciate your comments as we our intent is to provide a great beach experience. Unfortunately due to issues at check-in your vacation was not as expected. For this we apologize. We do provide a starter kit with an initial supply of paper and soap products, this not intended to last for the entire stay but to provide a supply until guests can access a store. We will correct the housekeeping issues you mentioned. We hope you would consider staying with ResortQuest in the future.
