Great location for exploring 30A. We had a wonderful stay and the property was very clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk to the donut hole in the mornings and the beach was about a 1 minute drive from the house. The beach itself was awesome with clean water and beautiful sand. Great local restaurants very close by.

The house was great, but the hosts may have been the best I’ve worked with across rental platforms I’ve used. They were incredibly quick to respond and very reasonable from start to finish and even went above and beyond in a few scenarios which gave us confidence going into the vacation shortly after a hurricane hit the area. They were wonderful.

The beaches on 30A are stunning. This was a great location to access Inlet, Rosemary and Alyss. Hosts were very accessible. Cottage immaculate and was equipped with all you need to go to the beach and relax in a private space.

Overall, the house was clean and well-maintained, with newer appliances that were all in good working order and furniture that was in good shape. The main downside was the significant loud road noise, which made it difficult to sleep at night, or take a nap during the day. The bed linens were also a bit scratchy, and we could have used more washcloths. The thermostat was a pain, trying to get it set to stay below 74 was a challenge as it kept resetting itself. Also the bathrooms could be improved with the addition of some night lights, as all the overhead lighting is extremely bright. Overall, it was a nice property, but wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise level.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, an immaculate home, thoughtful touches, and everything exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would rate it a 10/10 without hesitation.

Clean home, in a quiet neighborhood close to wonderful shops and restaurants. Walkable to the beach. Exactly as described - home had everything we needed for our family including beach chairs, towels and toys. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would stay here again!

Great stay and close to the beach

This house was conveniently close to the beach. That’s a plus. Also, upon arrival the check in process was smooth and the home was very clean.

Great Location

Very clean and cute, great location, not ideal for a long term stay for a family because of the small living room area but great for 2-4 days at the beach! Definitely appreciated the sound machines in each room and the easy entry. Would stay here again!

This house was exactly as advertised. My daughter and I kept commenting about how freakishly clean the house was. It was so amazing to have beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella there for our use. Ted was super responsive and had some amazing suggestions for us. We would stay here again! The location is also perfect! There is an amazing beach with tons of parking directly across the street.

Wonderful Stay Here

This property was really nice and really clean! This was one of the cleanest places I ever stayed. The property looks just like the photos. Love that I was able to walk to a lot of places and the beach was about a 5 min walk from this home as well. Will definitely be booking here again when I am in the 30a area!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property with a great back patio. Property owners were instant in all replies and very congenial. The master bedroom noise from the adjacent highway was pretty noticeable but a white noise machine was provided. Restaurants, market, and coffee shop are all within walking distance; beach is a short 2-3 minutes away. Check-in/out were super easy. This was a very nice experience. Thanks for your hospitality!!

The Best Place I’ve ever Stayed!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunni at the sea! It was an adorable place. The proximity to the beach made life so easy. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Super clean and well set up. Great place to stay and great hosts that were very accommodating and responsive. It was perfect! I will be booking this home again soon!

Best of both worlds

The house was very nice and was super clean! It was no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach, but was also gave you privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the beach goers. It was close to many things and was just perfect for us. The hosts were very kind and helped us understand which part of the beach the wedding event we were attending was located. You can’t go wrong with this property!!

Perfect spot super close to Rosemary Beach!

I booked this property for my sister’s bachelorette trip so we could spend the trip in and around Rosemary Beach! It was perfectly situated, close enough to town, but far away enough to not be in the busy area. Only note is the property is close to a main road. It didn’t keep us up at night but something to note! The hosts were wonderful! So kind and very helpful. One of the smoothest check in and check out processes I’ve experienced!

Beautiful home

Super clean and lovely home. Had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at the beach with friends. Nic and Ted were so easy to get in touch with and were so kind and helpful.We didn’t walk to the beach, but drove each day instead so we didn’t have to lug all our stuff across the street. We never had trouble getting a parking spot at the public beach access and it was so nice having the bathroom right there too. Would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation Getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 daughters, ages 19, 16 and 10 and it was perfect for us! The property is beautiful and clean and has everything you need! I was concerned about crossing Highway 98 - but it wasn't as bad as I imagined. My older girls did it themselves with bikes and it worked out well. The property is VERY close to Rosemary Beach and is within a short biking distance! We loved the location overall as it was nicely distanced from the crowds but easily accessible to everything. The hosts Nic and Tom were lovely and check in was a breeze! We would stay here again and absolutely recommend it to anyone! Perfect spot for a getaway near 30A.
