Water-View Condo at Sterling Shores - Central AC, Washer&Dryer & Shared Pools

Summary:

Sterling Shores 808

The Space:

Enjoy a location in the heart of Destin that offers ample opportunities for family fun. As part of the Sterling Shores resort, this condo invites you dig your toes in the sand at the private beach. After rinsing off in the outdoor shower, make a splash in one of the two on-site pools. Additional resort amenities include a picnic area with a gas grill, a seasonal snack shack, and a fitness center. Picturesque views of the Gulf await back at home on your furnished balcony. Feel the breeze through the palm trees while you kick back with a cold beverage. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. When it's time to eat, the kitchen bar and adjacent dining table accommodate eight. In the evenings, settle into the living room for a movie night. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The place was clean and roomy with a great view. We stayed for just a few days. If we stayed for a week I think the kitchen utensils would have been lacking.

Would stay again

The property was just as described. Grateful for the previous reviews regarding the lack of paper products but we knew to come prepared. I will add to that to bring hand soap. We loved the location and the views were amazing. Would def stay again.

Beach Vacation

Listing was exactly as described, home was beautiful and the views of the ocean truly amazing to wake up to. Beach proximity was super close and easily walkable. Definitely suggest beach chair service. Checking in and out was easy. Thank y’all for opening up your home to allow my family to make amazing memories.

Condo was great. We were warned there would be some construction. Was not clear that our balcony would be closed. Had fun regardless!

My family had a great experience. We will be back. One thing that I loved was the views and my kids loved the pool access when they didn’t want to go to the beach.
