The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front condo is located on the fourth floor with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances. The living room has a sofabed for extra sleeping space. The dining room has a table to sit down to a home-cooked meal. With seating on this large patio, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectaculars view of the white, sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. This condo will quickly become your home away from home.

We overall enjoyed the trip. We had issues at check in and with communication. The air system is VERY dusty and things need to dusted. I’m not a clean freak but this needs to be done.

Had a party of 6 people and the three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. The view of the ocean was priceless.

Very nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very accommodating for a large family. The beds are super comfortable. We will for sure be back!

It was absolutely fantastic! The location was even better than expected and Marsha passed the pictures. The air conditioning was amazing all throughout the condo and so we stayed cool the whole time. Beach access was super easy and a prime location as there’s not a whole lot of traffic coming and going. Was our first time to Fort Walton Beach and we will definitely be going again!

Need more than 1 trash bag for the kitchen. Coffeemaker is slow and too small. Bath wash container was empty. Sliding glass door in the living room was too hard to open. Ice maker is too small for a 3 bedroom condo. Only 2 kitchen towel. There were no courtesy ice chest or anything to take to the beach for cold drinks. Towels for beach. Notify flight attendant if you need any.

We loved this condo! Lots of room, and each room had its own bathroom. The view of the beach is wonderful too!

Wonderful stay

The location couldn’t be better! Gorgeous views! Gorgeous property! All communication with Vacasa was easy and seamless. The unit has everything we needed!! We can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful!

Easy check-in (wished for earlier check in time, but really is a standard time). Clean, nice condo. Beach setup ready first thing every morning. Wonderful experience, would stay again!

Great Getaway

We found the condo just as it was advertised. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The only problems we found were the ice maker was broken which we didn't need and one receptacle in the kitchen didn't work. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Amazing Spring Break Vacay

This was by far one of the best condos we have rented that fits our needs 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms. It was clean, great oceanfront view you can hear the ocean from one of the bedrooms and the living room area. Nice kitchen area to cook and prepare meals. We got to see dolphins from the balcony. Overall very pleased with this condo.

Family Vacation

30 + came and stayed at the Islander, i stayed in unit 4003 with my family, very spacious,clean unit, I didn't want to leave. 2 of the bedrooms were very large as were the baths, the smaller worked fine for the younger ones. Condo was equipped with everything you would need. Will definitley visit again, check in/out was a breeze. Nice grill patio area.Beach service was included, the chairs/umbrellas were reserved and up for us every morning . PERFECT

Perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. Right on the beach and out on Okaloosa Island so there was zero traffic noise. We stayed here the end of April during the week. There were not a lot of other people so again, it was very peaceful. Staying right on the ocean was amazing. We kept the doors open when we were there so we could hear the ocean and that’s all we heard. It’s on the fourth floor so it is an elevator ride down but the walk to the beach was short. Each condo had two chairs on the beach-we loved this and used them everyday. The condo itself was clean and stocked with only a couple necessities. We did have to drive out to find places to eat for supper but we didn’t mind this.

Disappointed

Patio doors didn’t lock. Furniture was well used and dirty Kitchen utensils were outdated and rust on vents
