Enjoyed our stay. Richard’s condo was perfect for our needs. We would stay there again. Crab Island at high tide was the highlight of the trip. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

The condo was great. We had to endure Tropical Storm Bertha , but we had a great time. The condo is very clean and roomy and has a huge Balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Myself, my wife, son and my mom all enjoyed staying at this property. The host was great with communications an was always quick to respond. Property was as advertised and we are already talking about staying again at this location next year if available when we book. You also can beat the view from the balcony and its far enough away from the pool you dont get alot of the noise from it later in the evening when trying to relax.

Not the cleanest, missing a few lightbulbs in the lamps, no laundry supplies or dish soap, no kleexes or enough toilet paper, wobbly toilet. Closets were dirty. Other than that it was nice.

This property was not as clean as those we have stayed in previously. I tried contacting the housekeeper twice, and left messages, but no response. The air was not working the first three days of our stay, but the owner and I came to an amicable agreement of compensation, he had the air fixed, and the last 4 days of our stay we were able to cool down after hot days on the beach. The view from the balcony allows for the observation of shark, dolphins, a variety of birds, and the sounds of the ocean. After a sweltering start, we had an enjoyable few days.

Thanks for the review. I have contacted the cleaning service concerning the cleanliness of the unit. While the A/C was not optimum, it was functioning. When you contacted me you told me that the temperature was 74 degrees in the morning and 76 in the afternoon. The minimum termperature recommended by the building manager is 72 degrees. While 2-4 degrees may be noticeable it was no where near the 90 degrees outside. A/C function is a problem every few years and in this case the repairman had to replace the compressor. I'm sorry it happened while you were there but obviously, I have no control over when equipment will malfunction. I did not charge you for the 3 days when it wasn't at it's optimum. Richard

Being on the beach was great! We were on the 5th floor and you could see way out and see how pretty the water was. Will definitely be coming back.

The condo was perfect size for myself and 2 adult children, very well furnished and beds were super comfy. The view was beautiful, completely beach/gulf front view. The balcony was roomy with nice furniture. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus!! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view from the balcony!! We saw dolphins almost every day from the balcony. Furniture was very comfortable!

This is an excellent place to stay. By far my favorite stay in fort Walton beach. The whole building was clean and quiet. Very nice pool and excellent views.

best location ever

We loved our stay and the convient access to pool and beach. Loved that the porch area stayed shady all day. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

It was a good place with plenty of space and a nice view of the gulf. Towels and linens were provided as stated as well as bathroom soap, dishwasher stuff and dawn. Everything else that is consumable including salt & pepper and cleaning supplies need to be brought or bought. However, there was a closet with a wheely beach cooler, boogie boards, and other beach toys which was great! Overall it was a pleasant and quiet stay for all ages! Thanks!
