This second-floor condo is within walking distance of the shores of Little Lagoon and across the street from the sugary white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Downtown Gulf Shores is within three miles, along with fantastic dining options, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Gulf State Park Pier and Gulf State Park Pavillion for outdoor enthusiasts are a bit further away. Spend a day strolling along the waterfront, playing arcade games, and visiting unique shops. And if your wish is to relax closer to your condo, you can always enjoy a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool.
This charming home away from home offers a serene balcony with partial views of the ocean and neighboring houses, providing you with a wonderful scenic viewpoint. It's also a great spot to sip your morning coffee or a refreshing beverage in the evening as the sun goes down. The living room invites you to kick your feet up and relax with your loved ones - watch a favorite movie or show on the TV while indulging in your favorite snacks or plan your next adventures. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with their favorite recipes thanks to the well-appointed kitchen! It's complete with all the appliances you need for an effortless home-cooked meal. Additional on-site perks include a private washer/dryer and central AC.

The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do in Gulf Shores. While we enjoyed our vacation overall, we experienced several issues during our stay, including problems with the pull-out bed (unusable), thermostat, and door access. Communication with the local property management team was also inconsistent, which added to our frustration. That said, our concerns were eventually resolved after being escalated to higher management. I also want to recognize the corporate call center representatives, who were fantastic throughout the process. A special thank you to Phoenix, who was especially kind, compassionate, and helpful. If the maintenance and local communication issues are addressed, this property has the potential to provide an excellent guest experience.
