See gorgeous sunsets from your balcony or at the grilling area after a great day of swimming and playing in the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores!! We have a boat ramp and boat stalls available on property. The two bedroom, two bathroom property overlooks a beautiful lagoon. We have two large swimming pools and kids pool available. Have an affordable vacation without giving up the quality.

Loved it! Very spacious. Absolutely amazing view of the sunsets and I loved fishing of the the pier just right outside the unit. We will be back!!!

Great place to stay

Older but spacious, clean, kitchen fully stocked, big tv's in each bedroom and living room, pier and place to fish on bay right outside back of building along with a grill, beach access right across street, not too far from town but a little less crowded beach wise, love that the balcony connects to living room and both bedrooms, huge pool-all in all great rental

We loved our stay at this condo so much we’d like to start booking an annual visit. The location is perfect, quiet, and convenient. A great spot if you’re looking for family friendly activities like the Hangout, Fort Morgan, Main Street Foley, the Factory Outlet Mall, OWA, and a whole host of activities along Gulf Shores Pkwy and E Beach Blvd. Bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. If you’re looking for a place with spectacular sunset views, steps away from the gulf beach, this is definitely the place. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

This was our second time staying in this condo. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the lagoon. It rained a lot during our stay. So we were very glad for the covered parking. One thing to be aware of is that it is up 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. But, there is a locked storage room on the ground floor that can be used to keep fishing/ beach gear. We absolutely would recommend this condo.

Vacation

We enjoyed a week stay at Kent’s place. It was right on the lagoon and there was easy access to the gulf. The condo was well stocked and the shed was a plus.

Always a great stay!

This is our 3rd visit to Gulf Shores staying in this property. It's in a great location just across the street from the beach, near shopping and restaurants. This property is always our 1st choice when we come to visit!

Wonderful Stay

The property had a great location with easy access to the beach and just a short drive to local places to eat and shop. The place was very clean and had a great view of the pier. We would definitely book again for our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Been going to Gulf Shores for years and this place has it all. It's a short walk to the beach, fishing in the lagoon, pool, and the place is spacious and very nice.

It was in a good location. Quiet and away from the noise and traffic. Great view of the bay. And access to the Beach was good.

Amazing views!

Absolutely loved staying here! Out of the way, but just across the road to the beach, we loved it! Fishing from the dock was great, everyone was very friendly, loved having the shed to put beach things in, and the price was more than acceptable. Will always stay here, if available! Thanks for a great trip, Kent!

Gulf Shores trip

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit is bigger than expected with beautiful views. Downside is the stairs and access the unit and it could use a little updating.

Great location

Not handicapped accessible anywhere on property. Ken's place is nice and has great view of pier. Close to pool and short walk to beach. I would recommend staying here.

The Best Place

The listing was under sold. This condo is way better then the listing described!! The lagoon view was amazing! Really big condo. Pmenty of space for the 4 of us. We really loved being in West Beach down away from most of the crowds. We will definitely stay here again!

AMAZING

My mom, daughter and I rented this place for 4 days a couple weeks ago! The views are amazing! Short walk to the beach and was able to kayak on the lagoon right from the back yard. The kitchen was fully stocked, 2 bathrooms and a huge living room. The owner was VERY helpful and very accommodating! We will definitely be back!
