Great location, only downside was no wash down spot to get the sand off your feet before going back inside.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved everything about our stay at Dorsey’s Wave, the home was very clean and stocked with everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach! The area is not as hustle and bustle as the surrounding beaches and felt like our own little piece of paradise. We will definitely be back!

It was wonderful. Beautiful sunsets. Welcoming beach that allows dogs! Kind folks everywhere. Felt safe traveling alone

As close to the beach as it gets!

Incredible! I’ve always dreamed of a cute little house on the beach where I could see the surf from the window and hear the ocean (and we also saw dolphins one day!) You literally walk just steps and you’re on the beach! House was very clean, cute and well renovated. The beach was quiet, no loud parties nearby, and an amazing experience I’ll love forever.

Decent property. Furniture is completely worn out. Large drop down from master bedroom to master bath which would be dangerous for older people or young children. Hair all in the shower in the green bathroom. Unable to stabilize water temperature in the same bathroom. Topper on bed in master bedroom kept sliding off the bed. Be careful not to trip on the legs that stick out from under the bed. Needs a handyman to live there for about a week. Holes in the wall from door knobs, as well as the aforementioned water situation. No apparent reason for stepping up or stepping down onto a deck and especially onto master bathroom. No sliding doors in the front and no bedroom on the water side. because it’s dog friendly, I expected a place for a small dog to use the bathroom, but instead all she got was Sandspurs.
