The location was great! Loved the wrap around balcony. The kitchen and bathroom upgrades were very nice. There was however, a lot of wear and tear throughout the unit with loose wall plugs, missing furniture knobs, missing closet door hardware, and lots of paint scuffs on the wall.

Great views of the Gulf from the condo! We had an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool was so relaxing and the water was clean and clear. We didn’t need to contact property management as everything was fine for our visit.

The property was definitely as advertised. The views from the balcony were beautiful. We had all our meals on the balcony and the taller chairs were a plus. We were delighted to have the opportunity to see a nest of sea turtles return to sea. Having a washer and dryer was great. Our only disappointment was the pool being closed for 2 1/2 days for repairs. The condo was minutes away from shopping, groceries and restaurants. Overall a great time. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay and the view was beautiful. I would recommend updating the washer/dryer, and the dishwasher. The mattress covers on both king beds were dirty when we removed the sheets. Make sure to pack garbage bags for the stay as well. We only had one bag for the kitchen trash can for a week. Other then that it was a nice stay for our family of 8.

lovely condo

The balcony was our favorite spot. The decor was nice and the condo was clean. Could not get the tv in the master to work. We really enjoyed the space. My only suggestion would be to reverse the direction that you pull the curtains in the living room from left to right to right to left so that you can open up the corner view to the water and block the view of the other condos to the left a little bit. The curtains are set to pull left to right in that one corner. Also, the towels are not very thick and could be larger.

The lack of cleanliness was probably my biggest disappointment of the rental. From a white gross substance on the primary bedding to loose hairs in the shower and in the bath towels to the food splatters on the walls in the kitchen everything kind of gave me the ick. We've stayed at this condo resort before and I know every rental is managed differently, I just expected a cleaner condo.Besides that the room accommodated my family of 6 perfectly, the location is great and having the pool/beach right there with little to no walking is why we love this condo resort.

Thank you, Melissa, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry to hear that cleanliness fell short during your stay. That’s not the standard we strive for, and we understand how important a clean environment is for a comfortable vacation. We’re glad to hear that the condo accommodated your family well and that you enjoyed the fantastic location and easy access to the pool and beach. We want every aspect of your stay to be enjoyable, and we’re committed to addressing the cleanliness issues you mentioned. Your insights help us improve, and we hope to welcome you back for a stay that exceeds your expectations in every way. Thank you for choosing Avari.
