Beautiful Rotonda West furnished and very well equipped home backing onto the Broadmoor Park lake for added privacy . You can do fishing from your back yard. ( Catch and release Bass, Carp, Sun fish and other ). South facing pool with available electric heater for swimming no matter what time of year it is. Lanai accessed through sliders via family room, great room, dinette or master bedroom. Three good sized bedrooms, baths in both bathrooms as well as walk-in shower in master bathroom. Home has 1,869 sq ft under air, high ceilings. Located on quiet loop street with many upscale homes surrounding it. This area has everything to offer. Rotonda has 5 golf courses. World class beaches, Boca Grande & Englewood are within just 8 - 12 miles. Many marinas surround Rotonda for some of the best boating and fishing in Florida. There are 4 major airports within 100 miles for easy snowbird commuting including Punta Gorda with 20 nonstop locations just 17 miles away.

Home from Home in Paradise

Rotonda West had long become a must visit for us many years ago, but Covid and Hurricane Ian had meant a 3.1/2-year absence to our annual visits. Our return to Paradise was enhanced by a villa that on arrival immediately felt like home. It was everything the site description had said it was and more and the owners had been extremely helpful. We loved every minute of our 3 weeks stay and our only regret was having to leave.

Relaxing stay

Nice relaxing stay in quiet location. Pool was just right. Started work on a new build just opposite during our stay which was noisy for a couple of days, once this starts properly it won't be as quiet.

A very nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. Was beautiful with a pool. Very relaxing and many beaches just a short drive away. Plenty of parks to enjoy also. The owner was great to work with and allowed me to extend my stay. Would recommend to anyone looking in this area.

It was a great stay! House is very nice with a swimming pool! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for walking. Owner was the best! Was very easy to get ahold of and to talk to. I was moving from Ohio to Florida and looking for my own home. Needed to extend my stay for a couple more weeks and he was gracious enough to extend it for me. Very happy with everything while staying here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here. Close to everything you need...

Quiet Neighborhood

Nice, quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well furnished. Needed attention to some minor issues inside such as toilets ran constantly and noisy bedroom fan. Pool seemed to leak so we added water each day. Pool was small but worked well for us and was nice to have it heated. Lawns & shrubs in need of attention. Rain gutters and top of screened area full of leaves & needles. None of these items affected our enjoyment of the property but they certainly could be improved upon. Location was close to beaches and restaurants. Nice area for walking & biking. All in all it’s a nice property.

Wonderful home from home!

We spent a very relaxing month's holiday in this beautiful spacious comfortable villa and were very happy with all the amenities it provided. It had everything we needed in it and the owners were a delight to communicate with. We enjoyed the local golf, shopping, beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Spacious Villa

We enjoyed a month at this lovely spacious and well equiped villa. It is very secluded at the rear of the property. Close to beautiful beaches, shopping and numerous golf courses. I am sure we will return.

Exeiient vacation stay

We needed to take care of some business in the rotonda west area and had to book our trip on short notice.The property owner went out of his way to make sure our reservation got taken care of.The property was well taken care of and very clean.The owner contacted us during our stay and made sure that everything was as we expected.He took the time to have guest guides ready for local restaurants and all the fine beaches in the area.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing ,stress free vacation. Thanks
