The resort's two-bedroom villas are appointed with all the comforts of your home away from home. Most feature a screened balcony overlooking the lake, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden tub. The décor is elegant and tasteful with many boasting a wonderful view of the water, lake or pool.Master Bedroom has a king size bed with attached full bathroom and flat screen TV. Second bedroom has two full size beds with flat screen TV. Fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and a sleeper sofa which will sleep two. Second full bath is located near second bedroom. The unit has in room washer and dryer along with a screened in patio for enjoying the wonderful Orlando weather. The resort has its own claim to fame- Wakoola Springs. This 75,000-square-foot tropical oasis sets itself apart from an everyday pool with two twisting water slides*, a zero-entry pool, interactive water fountains, two hot tubs. Cross over the two bridges on the campus and head over to one of two fire circles for evening stargazing and relaxation. And who could forget about the Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios’ Islands of Adventure, and the several other theme parks just waiting to take you on a wild ride? If you’re a family with children, or if you’re just a kid at heart, you’ll love wandering the parks and taking in the sights. Nice place, good location

Stayed over the New Year holiday. Location was good for getting to the parks and Disney Springs. Jim was great to work with. Very communicative and was a great help with my reservation. Once you arrive, however, you deal with the onsite team.The pictures on VRBO are not the same as the place in which you will stay, so be prepared for that. The online pictures show a much nicer place. The condo we stayed in was in Building 2. Clean but very dated. We were there for 4 nights and got no less than 7 calls asking us to attend a presentation for buying one of the time-share units. Each time, we declined but they kept calling which got to be a little bothersome. We were there to celebrate the holiday, not to buy a time-share space.

Blue green vacations

The stay was ok. There were a few issues at the pool with guests getting into altercations. The condo was good and our family was comfortable. Would like to see the resort activities and water slides be open longer. Felt that the resort was a little over crowded as parking was an issue.

Volleyball get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Fountains. Condo was clean. Facilities were clean. Biggest complaint was we couldn't sit outside on our patio most nights because others were smoking weed.

Disney Vacation

We stayed in building 10 which is going through rennovations. Rennovations did not bother us. Condo was spacious and clean. Close to Magic Kingdom.

The Fountains Orlando

Stayed at The Fountains in Orlando. Stayed in building 2, 2 bed, 2 bath, screened in balcony over looking Wakoola Pool. Many things to do on property. Very close to everything. Excellent!! Hope to stay again.

Nice property

Property was nice. Condo was very clean. It’s not the same layout as listed in the listing but it worked just fine for myself and three teenage daughters. Jim was very responsive to my questions and accommodating when I requested to adjust my reservation.

The Fountains was great

Everything was fantastic. The owner was nice and easy to work with. The pictured room “superior” which is in building 10 is not what we received. We were disappointed, but the non- superior 2 bedroom in building 2 worked out just fine. The fountains is a great place to stay. The kids always have a great time with the planned activities and pool activities.

Better than photos

Loved our unit. It was newer and clean. Always happy when a place is spotless upon arrival. We did have a couple issues checking in. For some reason they could not locate our reservation for about 15 minutes. The weekdays at the pool/bar were great. There was plenty of seating and easy to get a drink or bite to eat. During the weekend it was very busy and not as easy to find a place to sit.

Giant pool area. Nice 2 Bed, 2 bath condos. Close to all things Orlando. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc.

We have stayed here before in a room just like the pictured room but that is not the room we were given. It was much smaller and we were a little cramped. Good thing it was only a 2 night stay.

June vacation

We loved our stay and the condo. Jim was great at communicating and helping us. The pool was great and the condo was centrally located. Service was quick when we needed anything. My major complaint is the internet. It is so slow we couldn’t stream anything or use it for just browsing the internet. The property needs to update that quickly, as most people stream television and use the Internet for checking email and reading the news.

Long weekend gettaway

The condo had everything we needed and great location for easy travel to Universal! Grounds are very well kept and staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. It was nice to come back at night and relax in the hot tub. The condo could use some fresh paint and a comfy sofa but it is very nice. We would stay again. Jim was great with communication. Thanks for sharing your home!

Amazing Place

The condo, staff, pool and activities were perfect. I have a 12, 10, 9 and 7 year old. When we were not at the parks, we were at the pool. The pools were great, the activities at the pool were great and the food was great. They were very accommodating and helpful with any of my questions. Thanks

Great location, beautiful property, clean unit, excellent service

We stayed at this property for nine days. It worked out perfect for 4 adults, a teenager, and an infant. Where to start? We were central to all we needed to see and do in the Orlando area, but were removed enough not to be bothered by any heavy summertime traffic. We traveled daily to the convention center area with little trouble. The easy hour and ten minute drive (toll road) to Cocoa Beach afforded two nice days of sun, sand, and water (and a great lunch at Coconuts on the Beach). We were 10-20 minutes from Disney Springs, from Artegon Marketplace, from Old Town, from Lake Buena Vista Outlets, from Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, and from great restaurants (TGI Fridays (by the convention center), Bahama Breeze, El Patron Mexican Restaurant, Cheesecake Factory, Benihana - onsite). Several grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations are all nearby. We had to make a couple trips to the Orlando International Airport and that too was only 20 minutes away. This Bluegreen resort property was incredibly well maintained. Check-in was easy. The pools and landscaping were beautifully kept. The daily activities at the pool added to the overall enjoyment (the heat index was above 100 degrees each day we were there so we spent much time at the pools). The service desk was crazy good. Each request we had for additional towels or supplies was quickly and abundantly provided. The unit was very clean and up-to-date (building 2 - I would stay in this building again). Spacious and it never felt crowded for the 6 of us. The resort also supported our needs by supplying a pack-n-play and high chair at no charge - a great benefit when traveling from 1100 miles away. The air conditioning (critical to our stay with this heat!), the washer and dryer, the dishwasher, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the screened in patio with table and chairs (and a ceiling fan), pull out leather couch, seating for 5 adults in the living room, the ceiling fans in the rooms, the ... you name it, it was top notch. Very importantly, the owner from whom we rented, Jim, was very helpful. He was timely in all of our communication and made me feel as if he would have been there to help if we had any issues, which of course we did not. I highly recommend this property and this owner. I would use both again if I need to venture back to the Orlando area.
