The house was well stocked with anything you may need. Extremely clean and updated home. Great location, central to anything you may want to do in Rhode Island. Host has great communication and is very flexible. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Lovely and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with great access to Newport. The hosts provided useful house instructions and information about local activities and restaurants, several of which we tried.

The house was perfect for us; it was clean, well stocked, and had very comfortable beds. Parking right on property. Nice walkable neighborhood. Location was great, really easy to get to Newport and downtown Narragansett. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Cindy and Paul have a lovely property. You can immediately tell it's well maintained, exceptionally clean, and a place they use and cherish themselves. Communication with the hosts were always thorough and courteous. Everything was in great working condition that made for a very comfortable stay. They have some exceptional material printed out about the surrounding areas and some great recommendations. My family and friends had an absolutely wonderful weekend, and would highly encourage others to book if they're looking for an amazing getaway in the Narragansett area!

My family really loved this house! We started each day in the kayaks and ended with family dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. The beach is a private beach for the community - small but great for launching the kayaks and just sitting for an hour in a chair! Cindy had lots of recommendations around Narragansett. The house had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. My husband is already talking about when we can go back!
