The Space:

Whether you’re enjoying the game room, settling into a quiet corner, or stepping out to the pool, the home invites slow, easy moments together.



Indoor living

The main living area offers a comfortable place to gather, with flexible seating suited for both group time and quieter moments. The game room adds a fun, social element with a pool table, foosball, poker table, and arcade games, plus views of the backyard. A TV and dedicated workspace support both relaxation and everyday needs. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable throughout.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to cook with ease. The nearby dining area keeps everything connected, allowing meals to flow naturally between the kitchen and living spaces.



Outdoor living

The private pool is the centerpiece of the backyard, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. A fire pit, putting green, outdoor seating, and an outdoor bar with a mini fridge create multiple spaces to enjoy the outdoors. A patio or balcony and fenced yard offer added comfort and privacy. Free on-site and street parking make your stay even more convenient.



Essentials and conveniences

Enjoy access to a washer and dryer, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and ample storage. Wifi supports your daily needs, and a smart lock allows for easy self check-in. Families are welcome, with a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and high chair available. Long-term stays are also accommodated.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, the home keeps you close to parks, beaches, and local dining while offering a peaceful residential setting.

We also wanted to give you a quick update about the pool for your awareness! We had some chemical treatment on the pool that unfortunately stained the pool surface but no need to be concerned. It's completely usable and safe but we wanted to make sure we were upfront with you :)



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full and private access to the entire home! Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles, (2) vehicles may park on the street in front of the home.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, and our cleaning team upholds high standards to ensure a spotless environment.



If you’d like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. The cost is $35 per day and will be invoiced separately. We kindly request at least one week’s notice. During colder or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. It is serviced weekly, though after rainfall, some debris may enter and cause slight discoloration.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Please note that check-out time is 10 AM. Housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for incoming guests, so late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and result in a fee of up to $300 if extended beyond the agreed time.



As this is a self-catering home, supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry area provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available (coffee is not provided), along with salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If anything is missing upon check-in, please notify us right away so we can assist with restocking.



Parking Notice:

Please note that parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street.

Large trucks and vans are not permitted. Please follow the parking guidelines, as the property is located near a school and additional vehicles or oversized vehicles can significantly affect the school’s traffic and parking flow.



For safety and security, there is a Ring camera installed at the front door.
