Could have been cleaner, one of the pillows had yellow crusty stuff on it. The “driveway” parking wasn’t good. Couldn’t open all four doors at once in a midsize suv without the passenger side hitting the fence.

The house was more than 90 degrees when we arrived at 1030 pm. The last thing you want is to arrive to a hot house after a long day on the road.When I noticed "turn off the AC" mentioned on the check out instructions I notified the host that we would be arriving late and asked if they could have the AC turned on prior to our arrival. The response I recived was "K".......When we arrived late that night the inside of the house was hotter than the outside. We turned on the 3 window units and headed down to the beach for a short while. It was almost 2 am by the time the house was cool enough to fall asleep in. The two rooms with the queen beds each had a window unit but the "bedroom" with the futon did not. There was a third window unit in the dining room but even when we left all the doors between the rooms open that bedroom did not cool off.The closets were all locked and there are no dressers. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase as there is no where to put your cloths durring your stay.The refrigerator had jelly smeered in the door when we arrived.

House was Hot when arrived with my infant no air conditioning on. House has smart thermostat but was off. Glass table in front room is broke/ wonky not pet or family friendly. Hole for camera in living room letting bugs and weather in. The front yard and pouch has lots of cactus, lava rocks again not family or pets friendly. There is only two actual beds the other is a folding bed. Both beds are like sleeping on plywood with itchy bedding. Mold in restroom. Only 3 towels so I’d you have more than 3 people you’ll need to bring your own. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. No where to place your luggage. Only two closets in the house and both are full of owners clothes / treadmill one was locked the other was not. The house was unlocked upon arrival. No smoking on property so if you smoke you have to go off property. Has a different fence than pictured if you have a truck / long suv etc you will not be able to park on property.

We booked this house for a fishing trip. It was good, affordable, and pretty low key. Just as listed.
