It was a spectacular stay. Very clean and accommodating. Plenty of room for entire family, walking distance to the water and perfectly centered around great food and entertainment. We will definitely be staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great and there was plenty of space. It was clean and the amenities were absolutely perfect for us!

Great house! Great location! All the things the host includes with the rental makes it much easier to just enjoy your vacation and the short walk to the beach, pleasure pier and restaurants is great!

Loved the location. Space was clean. Loved how well stocked the kitchen was with quality items. Pet friendly. We had issues with the AC so it got very hot one night but I think it was user error on our part and the host was quick to fix when we brought it to their attention.

Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. House was a good mix of historic charm and modern convenience. Amazing views of the Gulf and pier from the deck. The ground level is almost its own apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. Great for two families vacationing together and perfect for our group of 5 adults. The hosts have stocked the house with everything a guest could need, from dishes to spare toothbrushes to curling iron to full sewing kit. Mike & Ashley were very communicative throughout the trip to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect location! The house was very clean & well equipped. We travelled light and the house had everything we needed or wanted. The beds were comfortable and everyone in our group of 11 had space. The house is older and has been updated beautifully. The spiral staircase is very small and was tricky for my mom & my 4 year old son, but they just used the exterior staircase. The park next door was lots of fun and the beach was so easy to walk to, we spent most of our time there.

Property was as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfy and amenities were excellent. Nice touches with all the snacks in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. Everything we needed to cook was there and my son loved the coffee bar! Easy walk to the beach and all the beach accessories were available for use which was nice.
