Bel Solé 1801 is the west corner penthouse 4 bedroom 4 bath condominium located on the 18th floor directly overlooking Little Lagoon. The unit is approximately 2711 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The condo offers breathtaking views of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo boasts 45' lagoon-front balcony and Gulf-front balconies off the south facing bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances set in granite counter tops and a huge laundry room with front load washer/dryer and utility sink. The living/dining area includes private bar area, complete with wine cooler and standalone icemaker.

The penthouse offers two spacious primary bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms and direct balcony access. One primary suite features a King bed with the second primary with queen bed. The two additional rooms also feature a queen bed - one has an en suite with a full bath with walk-in shower. The 4th bath being the hall-bath featuring a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 8. King, Queen, Queen, Queen. No sofa sleeper. 25 year age limit. 2 car limit.

Bel Solé is a 18-story building located about 3.6 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would absolutely stay here again! We had our family of 7 stay and it was so nice that everyone had their own space! The condo was amazing! They made check in and out seamless and easy! We loved having the indoor and outdoor pool because we could still swim when it got rainy and stormy! It was also great having a private dock to fish off of! The security at this place was also really nice as far as codes for different things (we haven’t had that other places and it makes you feel much safer for your family).

The great things: First the condo is so spacious. The view is amazing! The price was very reasonable considering the location. The walk to the beach was easy. No keys. All digital codes. The location was close enough to Gulf Shores but on the less crowded end of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. They had everything we needed including a blender. The separate wine fridge was great for our canned drinks. Not so great things: The air conditioner doesn't get cooler than 70. (Fans are provided in every room) On the hot days it didn't get cooler than 74. If you like it cold, this may be a problem. None of the doors lock and the master door in the front wouldn't even shut. They had to prop something in front of it each night for privacy. There are no dressers so unpacking is a challenge as there are few, if any drawers. The separate ice maker that is advertised doesn't work. Be prepared for lots of trips to the store for ice. Final note: Check in was advertised at 3:00. When we got there the room wasn't ready. We finally got a code at 4:00 but when we went up the maids had just arrived. It was past 5:30 before we were able to get in. I got a text saying they were sorry and someone would get back to me the next day. Crickets. Nothing. This was frustrating because we had groceries being delivered. They charge extra for late check out. We should have gotten a discount or a free late check out. Something. Instead we got silence.

The condo was beautiful and had more than enough room for my family of seven adults and one child. We loved the best of both worlds, a beautiful view of the ocean and the lagoon behind the condo. My family enjoyed the short walk to the beach and fishing off the dock. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again!
