An amazing location near Joshua Tree awaits at Desert Noir! Boasting 2.5 beautiful acres, this charming house hosts views so exceptional that you'll feel like you're already inside the national park. Hike the stunning trails behind the house or drive 16 miles to the Joshua Tree West Entrance. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a shared gate, this home offers ultimate privacy and the chance to view a dark sky brimming with shimmering stars. You'll also find your own private well, grid-tied electricity, and high-speed internet service.

Inside, large windows in the living area showcase beautiful views and flood the space with natural light. Unwind on the sofa bed and stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV. Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances. A wood stove with floor-to-ceiling stone surround provides a warm ambience in the dining area. When you're ready to eat, gather around the dining table.

Your outdoor haven offers ample space to relax. Unwind in the hot tub or gather around the gas firepit to swap stories of your day's adventures. An outdoor shower offers a convenient spot to rinse off after hiking, and a covered wraparound patio provides a shaded spot to kick back with a crisp drink. Good place for a getaway from the city life and lights. Beautiful views to see the sun come up and down and to stargaze including the Jacuzzi, overall a good place to book when in need of a break.

Clean and well done. Some maintenance issues. The trash cans were full when we arrived. Back sliding door is almost impossible to slide and blinds over patio door was broken and electricity in the bedroom definitely has an issue. Hot tub great, view and peaceful environment was excellent.

Wonderful Property, Beautifully Decorated

We loved staying at Desert Noir - very secluded with very comfy bed. Enjoyed the firepit, kitchen, hottub, and the lanscaping overall. Highly recommend staying here!

Great getaway place! Quiet and peaceful! Exactly what I was looking for! Only thought worth mentioning is the dirt road in has some sandy spots and ruts. Still doable with a 2 wheel drive, but recommend a 4 wheel drive if you have one.

Perfect Joshua Tree Vacation

This was the perfect house for me and my fiancé during our 3 day vacation to Yucca Valley. Close to Joshua Tree NP ad well as Palm Springs, and was exactly as described.

Nice remote getaway

The location is nice and remote (make sure to pay attention to the driving directions). The property itself is very nice and self contained. Everything you need is on location. Will visit again.

The best

The location is the best- it’s surrounded by Joshua Trees, even more than you’d see in the park. The rental itself is very cute and comfortable. We enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub every night.

Most amazing views!

The property is absolutely amazing. I don't think the pics do it justice on just how beautiful the views are!I was a bit hesitant to book this property because of the pull-out bed but so happy that I did - no lack in comfort.

Quiet desert retreat

The location of the property was tucked into the mountains with majestic views. The house was modern, clean and comfortable. The hot tub at sunset was such a treat. It was a wonderful retreat in the desert for the week!

Beautiful mountain retreat

Gorgeous views, comfortable, quiet and private. Exactly the perfect retreat that I needed while dealing with a family emergency in the area. Last minute booking went seamlessly; couldn't make the keypad entry work, but taken care of immediately by property management.

Property was just as advertised. Very quiet and peaceful. We will be going back again.Vrbo made check in more difficult than it needed to be. There was rodent dirt in the house. We never saw any rodents and the rodent dirt didn’t negatively affect our stay.

Perfect Joshua Tree house

This house was clean with beautiful interior which made for the perfect Joshua Tree stay. The house is private with a long dirt road to the entrance of the home and felt like a an escape from reality. Highly recommend!

Peaceful place in Joshua tree

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the property. It was secluded and peaceful while being close to Joshua tree national park. The cleanness was a little below our expectations but it is understandable since the house is in rural area and it’s easy to get some dust. Overall we enjoyed our stay over there.

You cannot beat the views!

The views are amazing as the house is at the end of a trail perched on a hill surrounded by Joshua trees. It is remote enough to feel like you are alone, yet close to everything. The house is very cute, welcoming with many places to hang out. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful remote getaway

We had a great time in this place. Incredible views, everything you need can be found in the house, beautiful property to stay in. Very close to the village and national park. Wildlife is visible from the bedroom window. The dirt road to the house is pretty long, so make sure you have an appropriate car.
