Rustic charm abounds from every corner of this lovely Munds Park home. Full of warm wood finishes and comfortable furnishings, the open layout offers a pleasant space to gather with your loved ones. Enjoy the warmth of the wood stove as you stream your favorite TV show or movie. When you get hungry, the well-equipped kitchen boasts ample meal prep space and a full suite of appliances. Just as easy as cooking, your feasts can be indulged in at the interior dining table or alfresco on the deck - equipped with a gas grill.

Under vaulted ceilings and warm lighting fixtures, the bedrooms offer restful sleeping quarters. Additional interior amenities include a washer/dryer, a collection of board games, and internet access.

Close to your stay, enjoy having quick access to Coconino National Forest and its many trailheads. Flagstaff is a quick drive away and hosts many local eateries and shops.

Thank you for your feedback, Sean. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. When the concerns regarding the Roku device and BBQ were reported, we immediately coordinated with our local maintenance team and dispatched a technician to assist. Upon arrival, the technician was informed that the issues had already been resolved and that everything was working properly, so no further service was required. Our records indicate that the Roku had been stuck in guest mode and simply needed to be reset. We appreciate your feedback and regret that your overall impression of the home was impacted. We remain committed to responding promptly whenever issues are reported and appreciate the opportunity to address guest concerns.

It was beautiful and very clean. The overall value was good. However the grass needed mowed, the grill did not work, the temperature / thermostat we could not figure out, we were very cold, couldn't figure out how to work the television in the living room or the master bedroom, and the broiler in the stove didn't work.

Place felt very nice and at home. Kitchen utilities and bathroom necessities were very well provided by the homeowner and everything that was needed to make our stay convenient was there. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet, if you’re looking for a place to stay while making your trip to the grand canyon I recommend booking here!

We loved this cabin!

This was the perfect little cabin! This area is really nice as well. We had three adults and five kids sleep comfortably here. We would 100% book again in the future!

Great quick family vacation

This was a nice place to stay with family. We had a week stay and it was a great home and nice and quiet neighborhood. Very enjoyable/relaxing/peaceful stay.

We loved staying here. We fit three adults and 5 kids comfortably. It’s bigger than the pictures make it seem! The neighborhood is very peaceful and a great place to go for a walk in.

We picked this place because of the fenced backyard. Perfect for our dogs. The cabin was very cozy and clean! Would recommend staying here!

A roomy, super comfy, and well lit getaway gem! The unique wood work inside and tall ceiling are great and allow tons of light making the space feel even larger.

Arizona vacation 2024

How cool, I didn’t realize from the photos that the all the interior walls were made of 2x4’s . It’s the 2x4 cabin, how ingenious.

Rustic is the key word for this property. We arrived shortly after 4:00 pm and it was very hot inside. We contacted the management company and they texted some instructions that were confusing. There are only three units/vents for air and one of them is for the kitchen, dining room and living room. It wasn’t until late in the evening that it started to cool down. We had to request the garage door code but it didn’t work. They never got back to us with the correct one. There were cobwebs around all the doors. The front patio was dirty. On the second evening while washing my hands water started flowing out on the floor from under the kitchen sink. The pipe (plastic/rubber) had come off. We put it back on as best as we could. The whole area under the sink had gotten wet. While cooking dinner I noticed black ants all over the counter coming from the sink. We left a day early as we were afraid to use the kitchen sink (we were told by the management company not to run the dishwasher). A handyman came by as we were packing up and he looked under the sink and said a bunch of repairs needed to be done. The back yard is fully enclosed so that was good for our dogs. It is a very unique home in a pretty wooded area, but it just wasn’t ready for guests.

Good time

Had a good time. Ants appeared near kitchen every afternoon. Vinager discouraged them. House was lacking in some basic supplies, e.g. salt.Had trouble getting into the house, but the agent at the help number was helpful indeed. We are glad we came.

Charming ar First Glance

Upon check in, I was immediately ask to rate the property's cleanliness. Everything looked fine at first glance so I marked 5; I was just excited to be on vacation. I later changed that mark. The living room is cluttered with electronics and space heaters (thrown in the corners) and there are extension cords everywhere; I understand the multiple fire extinguishers now. The only places to sit are on very old futons or a broken bench. When I went to bed, I looked up and saw the entire ceiling covered in webs. There were cobwebs all over the walls as well. The next day, I opened the blinds and saw windows also had webs in all the corners. The silverware looks wiped clean as opposed to washed. There was food on kitchen items from past guests. Fireplace was full of ashes and you could see layers of filth under the furniture as you sat in the livingroom. I texted with Property Mgmt and sent pictures, but ultimately left as early as possible the last day to get out and be done. Not at all what I expected. Really disappointed.

Our local manager assured us that there is a space heater in every bedroom closet and in the closet in the hallway as well. The bench was checked and is in good repair and stable. BEWARE - LISTING IS INACCURATE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSENT/RUDE

I had quite the working vacation here. I had to contact Vacasa several times a day for problems with my rental. Overall it was mostly bad luck, but made SO MUCH worse by the indifferent customer service and being IGNORED by the local team. You have NO ability to contact the actual person who owns this rental.Day1 - NO internet, Vacasa knowingly puts crappy routers in their rentals; someone had to come and switch back to the owner's router.Day 2 - We find out there's no fire pit, as listed. We rented this place to have a birthday party for my sister around the fire pit; that never happened. We asked where it was and were told it was in the back yard, as if we hadn't checked there. Then we were told it was in the garage (it wasn't). We were told we'd get a partial refund but I am still waiting to get more info about this.We were given ONE 13 gal trash bag for our 6 day stay with 3 people. We didn't realize this until after 2 trips to the store. It's in the middle of nowhere, we were told to go buy more. Every time I've stayed at a VRBO there's been at least 1 more trash bag under the sink, so this was pretty lame. Day 3 - NO batteries in the remote needed for the TV.Day 4 - We realize there's no hair dryer as listed in the listing. LOCKED OUT and told to 'be patient' and hush up! SO RUDE. I was understandably VERY upset at this point, after DOZENS of emails and several phone calls all week. Not enough room for my full review. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
