Beautiful house with everything you need!!! It’s in a great location nestled in the pines, was a great place for our family and host responded so quickly with any questions I had!

We came up to Munds Park from the Valley for a concert. Brought another couple with us and we had the best time. The living area was perfect for us to hang out and play some games! All the comforts of home. Will come again for sure.Amy

The house had MANY things that needed repairs and fixes. From the front screen door, about to come off the hinge, to the barn doors not opening properly to the TV Room, to the folding doors for the washer and dryer that were off the hinges, to the toilet paper holder in the Master Bath coming off the wall, to the shower handle not working properly, to the pocket door to the master bath not closing properly, to the guest bathroom not having a lock. There are significant fixes that needs to be addressed, if people are spending their money to rent this.

Wonderful stay

Had a great stay very comfortable home and stocked with what we needed. The loft was a little warm so we just had to buy a fan but everything else was perfect and we hope to come back soon

Host was great to communicate with. Property was great for my family and our 3 kids, I wish I knew it was on the main road with the loud ATV traffic going by nonstop but it didn't seem to effect my kids and wasn't all night long thankfully. I also didn't realize it was a duplex and someone was next door, we only heard them on 2 minor occasions but felt that should have also been disclosed. My own kids are not quiet so I'm sure they heard us as well :) I took off one star for cleanliness due to the fridge interior not being clean and the pans were pretty dirty with stuck on debris in the cabinet. Comfortable beds, AC worked great. The upstairs was a little toasty but has a floor fan. Easy and normal checkout instructions. I've owned and managed STR before so I'm someone who will give an honest review but I know that these things happen and overall we would stay again.

The fireplace was warm. The couch was broken and unable to use it during the stay. The host was easy to get ahold of. The house didn't heat evenly. The living room was cold snd the bedrooms were very hot. Something seemed to be wrong with the regulation of the hot water in the shower, mist of us had to take lukewarm to cold showers. It was a beautiful area and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Overall cleaning could have been better.

Cute Getaway

The house was set up great for the adults to each have their own space, and the kids could stay up in the loft and feel that they had independence. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and other necessities—the little eating nook was perfect for kids. The backyard space was small, but the big deck with seating and a grill worked out well! We had some trouble with the internet, but the host was quick to respond and help. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay up north just before Christmas with two families and four kids ranging in age from 3–9. The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for making holiday memories together. It was a quick drive to the North Pole Experience and a beautiful nature hike. There was plenty of room for the kids to play, make gingerbread houses, & Christmas ornaments & space for the adults to relax & work on a puzzle. The cozy atmosphere made it feel extra special for a pre-Christmas getaway.The host was extremely responsive and helpful. When we had an issue getting the fireplace going, they immediately sent a friendly handyman who resolved it quickly—above and beyond service, especially during a busy time of year. Once the fireplace was working, it really added to the charm of the stay.Overall, it was a great experience for families traveling together, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

I invited other friends for hiking trip to Sedona. This place was very nice. Everything was how it was described. A nice getaway. The house was nice and clean. Had everything you needed for cooking. Plenty of supplies.

Counters and dishes were dirty. One of the showers never got hot water and the other shower had hot water for less than 2min. Carpets also looked dirty. However, the location was amazing and check in went smooth.
