The complex is great and the gradual entry pool is perfect for kids. The room was more than enough for our family of 5 including 3 kids 6 and under.

Great location to beach and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance to eat and enjoy. Great condo for a couple looking to get away and enjoy sun and fun. Pool was large and accommodating. 3rd floor with a great beach view.

We had a wonderful time. The property was as presented in description and the owner was accessible. The view was gorgeous from the balcony and very relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property.

The second bedroom has a bunkbed and doesn’t fit an adult. The condo is small because it is between elevators.

The listing accurately describes the 2 bedroom as a bunkroom. Here is a copy and paste directly from the listing: The Bunkroom has a double bed with a twin bunk above it and is only a few steps from the second bath. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV in here as well! We do have larger units as well so keep us in mind for your next stay.

Great for our weekend getaway. We love being near everything, beach access, and pools! Clean home, nice accommodations. No complaints.

Fantastic!!!

This condo was awesome!! Clean, convenient and right on the beach. The balcony faces the ocean so you can watch the waves, sight dolphins or just listen to the ocean. It is in a great location near parasailing, charters and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about this condo and its owner, Terry. His communication was quick and he was able to take care of things quickly. We will go back!!

The view was nice, the unit was a little dirty, and things are outdated. The stove burners are angled, so cooking is a nightmare. Stuff like there being no knives that are sharp which added to the hard time cooking. The bunk bead is an accident waiting to happen. The metal tabs sticking up holding the ladder on should be fixed. The balcony door in the living room does not lock.

I appreciate you writing a review. I hate to see that you had some issues! I wish you would have reached out during your stay so we could have addressed any issue you had. I have reported the balcony lock to the HOA, they maintain exterior windows and doors, so that will be addressed soon. The metal tabs on the bunk bed are the way the bed was designed it is mounted according to manufacturer instructions. With this being a rental things like kitchen knives disappear frequently, I have ordered a new set of knives and would have happily gotten you a new set while you were there had I known. In the future if you are staying in one of our properties and you need something please reach out so we can address it for you, we want you to have a 5 star stay. Thank you

5-Star ReviewLighthouse 310 – Gulf ShoresWe had an absolute amazing stay at Lighthouse 310! This beachfront condo completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the stunning Gulf views from the 3rd-floor balcony took our breath away. Watching the sunrise and sunset from both the living room and the primary bedroom was pure magic.The layout is perfect for a family or group. There’s a comfortable king bed in the master suite with an en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi tub included), a bunk room for the kids, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We slept 7 people comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen has a beautiful beach view and everything you need to cook or just enjoy a quick breakfast while listening to the waves.The complex amenities are outstanding — zero-entry pool, large outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal: private white-sand beach right outside, short walk to The Hangout and Sea-N-Suds, and close to Gulf State Park.The condo was spotless, modern, and stocked with all the essentials. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was smooth and easy.We can’t wait to come back. This was one of the best Gulf Shores vacations we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
