*****THE PROPERTY*****

Enjoy watching all the marine life in the Gulf of Mexico right from the balcony of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom + bunk room unit at The Lighthouse in Gulf Shores, AL. This condo is on the 17th floor, accommodates up to eight people, and boasts an ambiance like no other!

The Lighthouse has so much to offer. This gorgeous condo is equipped with flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as a whirlpool tub and walk in shower in the master bathroom. You will feel spoiled from the moment you arrive. The master bedroom features a king bed and has access to the balcony through its own private door--feel the gulf breeze from the moment that you wake up in the morning. Attached to the master bedroom, you will find a vanity for two with a spacious walk-in closet, and a separate, private area that includes the whirlpool tub, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second full bedroom features a queen bed, and there is also a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bonus bunk room features two twin mattresses and can be used as the "kids' hideout"!! There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area that could accommodate two additional people.

You will find that this unit features a full kitchen that can be used to whip up that gourmet dinner that you can either enjoy at your beautiful dining table that seats six, or the bar that seats four. Love Coffee? There is a drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. If the sights and sounds of the gulf entice, you can also dine al fresco at the table on your private balcony that accommodates four people.

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property on the 2nd floor lobby. If you arrive between the hours of 1am to 8am, you may purchase the passes when they open at 8am. The cost is approximately $40 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* ABSOLUTELY NO PETS

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

* MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call for special monthly rates.
