Superb condo. Perfect for us to relax on the spacious deck while grandkids napped, for hours…. We felt like we were on the beach, without the sand.

This condo is amazing. Beautiful view of the bay, clean inside and plenty of room to relax! The host was very accommodating with requests.

Great location and beautiful property

Great location and amazing views of the sunset. The condo was terrific but we could have stayed out on the balcony for the entire vacation.

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Immaculately clean. Tasteful beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture. Perfect location for an event in Rehobeth Beach. The water and sunset views from the large balcony were simply beautiful! We can't wait to return!

Perfect beach vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here at the bay! The location was perfect to everything we wanted to access and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The balcony gave us a place to relax morning, noon and night, and we didn’t mind the noise from nearby bars. The unit was spacious and clean- we would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

This property was beautiful and we enjoyed our family vacation so much! Everything was close the pool was beautiful and the sunsets even better. The property manager was very responsive but once we checked in we didn’t need anything.

Great property! The condo clean, spacious, close to everything with a great view! We loved the place, a perfect spot for your Delaware beach trip, in the heart of Dewey and only minutes from Rehobeth and Bethany. Highly recommended!

Family vacation with grandchildren

Beautiful view of the bay and close access to the beach. Enjoyed the condo very much. Visit could have been easier if sheets for beds were included. When people fly into Philly, others in the family must supply the needs.

Amazing condo!

George was an awesome host. Very responsive and all of his communications were very helpful and detailed. The location was perfect and the condo itself was beautiful. The huge balcony was the best part! I will definitely stay at this condo again! Book it!

4th of July family get-away

Great, modern condo with a super great location! Loved spending time on the large balcony that overlooked the bay (great sunsets)! We had front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks, which was an added bonus! Also really awesome that we had access to the outdoor heated pool, gas grills and fitness center. Only drawback was how loud and late the music ran at the nearby bars. We are already talking about coming back again!

Overpriced and underwhelming

Pros: great location and nice enough space. Cons: late night outside noise made it impossible to sleep in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had very few appliances/pots. No linens provided. Checkout process was a lot given what we paid per night.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Also, thank you for being a great guest and leaving our condo in such great condition. While we have the condo professionally cleaned before and after every guest, it really helps when guests go the extra mile to leave the condo as clean as you did. After doing some digging, I learned there was a liquor distributor conference on Wednesday and two weddings on Friday when you were there. These events are rare during the Summer because the property is mostly occupied by vacationers. Typically these types of events do not impact guests during nighttime sleeping hours. The property makes sure that nothing goes past 11 PM. Thank you for alerting us to the fact some of our pots/pans may have walked off this Summer. We are doing an inventory to make sure the kitchen is fully stocked.

Beautiful and modern Condo with sweeping View and luxury amenities

The property was exactly as shown. The owner made the entire process from start to finish exceptionally easy and was extremely attentive throughout our stay. My husband and I are so appreciative and impressed by the way he takes care of every detail. The condo is new and modern and a gorgeous unit. The enormous balcony is well appointed with seating for dining as well as relaxing. The view of the water and Bay is spectacular! If you care about cleanliness, a meticulously kept rental, and want to have a lovely stay at a well cared for property then rent this place!
