This beach rental is located at the end of McKinley Street right on the beach. Unit #1 is located at the end of the condominium providing a private, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. With 3 decks and an outside shower, there is never a reason to be indoors. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach, Surfside Plaza is steps from the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Dewey Beach. The Jolly Trolly stop is just up the block and a 7 minute ride from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

Great spot, right next to the beach. Heard the waves from the balcony easy to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing, steps from the beach and the unit had a wonderful view. The owner went above and beyond to answer questions before arriving and the communication was great.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The owners were incredibly responsive and efficient with communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved the easy access to the beach—it made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great experience. We look forward to staying again in the future!

I had a lovely off-season stay with my kids and highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to recharge by the beach. The ocean views are unmatched (2 balconies!), the place is clean and has the rooms/kitchen have everything you need. Communication with my host was terrific too. There’s also a great coffee shop at the end of the block!

Incredible location

Location was perfect and the sunsets from the upper deck were beautiful. Walk out the door and you have a short walk to water’s edge or to a great choice of restaurants and shops. This is the vacation rental my family has been wishing for.

The place is as billed. It was clean and ready for us (early). It really is steps from the beach and the views are incredible. The dogs loved watching activity on the beach from the top floor balcony! On Saturday we all watched the Doodle Romp at Dewey, the whole thing was yards away. Kerry was very responsive, it was a great long weekend. The only negative was bad weather, but that was interesting to watch over the ocean.We will be back!
