Mahalo, Wendy, for staying with us and for leaving such a wonderful 5-star review! We truly appreciate you and your husband being so helpful with the bedroom air conditioner. We learned that this particular wall unit requires the filter to be cleaned every 250 hours or less, and according to the app that monitors the system, we had just reached that 250-hour mark. Thanks to your helpful feedback, we’ve now instructed our cleaning team to check the filter after every guest stay. Perfect place to stay on the North Shore! The condo was spotless and looks exactly like the photos. It easily accommodated 4 adults and a 10 year old. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa and ottoman. Best sleep we have ever had on a vacation! The welcome gifts/treats were a fun bonus. The condo is perfectly situated between both Foodlands, close to the food trucks and to the North Shore beaches. The walk to Turtle Bay beach is rather enjoyable, if you can’t find parking there. We were able to experience the daily visits from the Monk seals who rest on the beach for hours and see sea turtles.Having amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, chairs and toys was nice! And there are two A/Cs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room plus ceiling fans. Krista and Michael were the perfect hosts! Kind, gracious and quick to respond to questions! They offered to extend our check out time when our arrival flight was delayed until the following day, which worked perfectly for our schedule.We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit!
