Upscale Executive Retreat--Newly Renovated and Air Conditioning!



This newly renovated upscale condo is stunning! All new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and furnishings. Condo is very clean and comfortable and gets a great breeze, and we also have AC. We are located on the ocean facing section of the complex. Your comfort and satisfaction is very important to us. We have everything you need to make your stay memorable. We are a second floor condo, there is no one above you. There are 3 pools for your use and the beach at the Resort is a 10 minute walk away. Enjoy golf, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling, and all the restaurants at the Resort. We have 2 queen beds and a full bath in the loft, and a king bed, full bath, kitchen and living room on the main floor.
AC in master bedroom and split AC for the rest of the condo.
Sunset Beach and the "8 Mile Miracle Stretch" of beaches is a 10 minute drive to the west, and Polynesian Cultural Center and Brigham Young University, Hawaii Campus, are a 10 minute drive to the east.

Great spot- nicely renovated. Appreciated the shampoo and stuff, beach towels, and pool toys. Perfect for our family of four (but two teens, so loved that they had their own beds). Good value that way as it’s hard to find that. No issues w communication. Everything was as labeled in the listing

This was a great home for our trip. The AC worked very well in the bedroom, living roomand loft. Each area has it's own unit. It was very clean and tidy. The view of the golf course is pretty, and just a short little walk over to the beach. It's a great location for the north shore. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

This was a great place to stay on the north shore! The unit was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! It is also conveniently located about a 6-minute drive from Kahuku and Foodland to stock up. The host’s communication was prompt and check-in was a breeze. We were welcomed with a box of chocolate macadamia nuts and a beautiful tropical floral arrangement which was thoughtful and generous! Our children enjoyed the pool, which was just steps from the unit. Mahalo for a terrific “home base” for our week in Oahu!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a fabulous stay. The place was very clean, well-stocked with amenities, and an easy 10 minute walk to Turtle Beach. The beach is perfect for kids to swim and snorkel. The location of the condo is conveniently located and minutes away by car from food trucks, Foodland, Kahuku Superette and Ted’s Bakery. The host was very responsive and communication was a breeze. My only regret was not booking a longer stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious and well-decorated 1 Bedroom/2 bathroom plus loft townhouse was the perfect location for my small family for the wedding weekend set at the nearby Turtle Bay Resort. We had 5 adults and a one-year-old and appreciated the two bathrooms, portable crib, and available beach toys/chairs. The adults sleeping in the loft space each bonked their heads once or twice before remembering to duck and got the hang of the special rules for the loft air conditioning. Though we did not utilize the pool, we met others from our larger group at the grill and recreation areas for a welcome cookout. While my spouse and I had little trouble locating the unit, others who arrived after dark had a much tougher time and we had to wave them over as you cannot see the numbers. We appreciated the laundry pods available and washed one load of our own clothes and one load of unit towels. We would definitely rent this unit again if we ever find ourselves in the north shore.

Very clean and spacious! The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and toys to take to the beach! Such a great location central to all of the activities we wanted to go to on the north shore! We loved spending time at the pool at night after dark and other businesses were closed

Perfect home away from home for a quick 5 day trip. The property manager was incredibly helpful and detailed which made the entire process so smooth. I will be staying here again!

The unit was very clean and nice, and the air conditioning worked really well. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away, but many other beaches in the area. We loved the swimming pool also. The manager communicated with us extremely well and it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great location. We didn't want to be in a busy area. This place allowed us to be in a quiet area of the island. We just drove to the places we wanted to go. It was convenient to the beach and the ritz hotel, all walkable. Grocery stores were close, as were the food trucks. The place was kept well, we had an issue with the hot water, owner came right away. The plan was well stocked with almost everything you would need. The only thing that was mis listed was that there is no gym. Overall it is a great place to stay.
