Excellent Deluxe 5BR Villa, Wi-Fi, Secluded Pool with jacuzzi, 20 mins to Disney

This lovely villa is nestled in the exclusive vacation resort at The Abbey of West Haven, a gated community. This Villa is in a great location with easy access to highway I-4 (1.5 miles) which is the main highway to most all the Orlando attractions. US-27 (0.5miles) is the other closest highway where there are banks, a hospital, pharmacy shops, shopping centers and supermarkets as well as numerous restaurants. The Villa is 15-30 minutes to just about all attractions, with the closest Disney Park about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. In addition to the Disney Parks such as Magic Kingdom, Downtown Disney and Animal Kingdom, the Villa also provides easy access to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Lego Land, Wet ’n Wild Discovery Cove, etc. All of these attractions are located only 20-30 minutes from the villa. There are also many famous golf courses such as Champions Gate Golf Resort (less than 5 minutes' drive away), Sothern Dunes, Kissimmee Oaks and Reunion which features 3 different courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicholas.
The beautiful Florida coastline to the East with many nice beaches and attractions, like Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach are just slightly over an hour away. The West Florida Gulf Coast is around an hour and a half away where you will find Tampa Bay and the famous Busch Gardens as well many beautiful beaches with calm clear Gulf waters, like St. Petersburg Beach and ClearwaterBeach.
Our Villa at The Abbey is one of only 58 homes in this development community. Included is access to the Community Club House where you can indulge in a game of ping pong, play on one of two tennis courts, enjoy the Olympic size pool, or exercise with the equipment in the gym room. There is also a sand beach volleyball court available for play.
The Villa also has its own pool and jacuzzi with a large patio and tables where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. There is also a gas BBQ grill available on the deck for cooking. The pool is secluded due to high hedges between the Villa pool and both neighbors. Directly behind is yard and flowers with the only neighbors being up a slight hill about 50 yards away. This offers our guests the tranquility and privacy to relax while at home from all the delights of the Orlando area. Compared to other vacation communities our elegant resort is very quiet, clean, private and safe! It is a villa you will wish to return to again and again.

At the Abbey this Villa is in a gated community, surrounded by beautiful flowers, palm trees and further superb conservation area with an extensive view.
The guests will find everything that they need with many local amenities within a 2-5 mile zone, the Champions Gate Golf Resort with a five star Omni hotel just 2 miles away. Champions Gate has not only golf but a shopping center that includes a Publix Super Market, Walgreen’s as well as restaurants and many small shops. A 5 minute drive on US-27 brings you to Posner Park which has Target, Staples, Best Buy and JC Penny along with many other shops and restaurants.
There are over twenty restaurants in this local area that cater to a variety of international taste, Italian, American, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican and more, as well as some takeout and delivery facilities service. There are 2 Publix supermarkets, banks, gas stations, post office, pharmacy shops and more are all within a short drive from the Villa.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There is a Master Bedroom with En Suite bath on the first floor along with a spacious Cathedral Ceiling Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area. Another Master Bedroom is upstairs along with 3 other bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool deck has been freshly painted and we also have plenty of blankets and many towels.
With an over 1600Sf secluded pool area attached to our Villa you can let your kids and you have a lot of fun and good relaxation both indoors and outdoors! This elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for big families and can sleep up to 11 guests in comfort.
There are 5 TVs, one in each bedroom and a big LCD HD TV in the living room. You also have all the dishes and cooking utensils one needs to prepare family meals which can be enjoyed either in the dining room or Al Fresco at the two pool deck tables. The Villa is equipped with additional bed linens, towels, as well as Pool Towels for your use. A washer and dryer are also located on the first floor for when you need to do any laundry.

There is nothing standard about this villa. In addition to its oversized lot, every conceivable upgrade has been added. Sat on a spacious nice view lot it is so calm and private, drinking your coffee in the morning or toasting your Champagne tp the sunset at the pool deck you’ll know that nothing could be better than the life as it is now!!
